The room was spacious and clean. Free parking with lot of spaces. We stayed only overnight during our return from holliday, so for us it was OK.

Dead city feeling with odd people and unfriendly personnel at Spar express and Billa and gas stations that no one speaks other than German.
If it wasn't for business I would not have ever travelled there. Even at the main train station when you buy coffee people are oddly unfriendly and getting 50c change for the bathroom is a chore both in language and culture aspects.

My air conditioner did not work, had the technician come to the room and check, he said just open the window, which is appaulingfor a 4 star hotel.
That person should seek another line of work, the reception staff were very good. House keeping was average

The old town has a nice relaxed vibe to it.
The old town has a nice relaxed vibe to it. Streets and squares are full of open air cafes and restaurants. Good for a lazy stroll or relaxed drink under the umbrella.
The old town is pretty much one big pedestrian zone, so lovely walks.
Since we had our dog with us, we loved the fact the city park was right in the middle of everything.

Very friendly staff
Clean and quiet, situated next to a park and near the city center (you can reach it on foot in just a few minutes). There are also a choice of restaurants in the area - we dinned at a near by pub - Mary's Coffepub - very good food and big portions.

Excellent location directly in the middle if downtown Wiener Neustadt. Quite a few good dining options nearby and a very good level of shopping choices for a small city of this size.
The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel seems to be going through a gradual upgrade, while retaining a lot of the charm of 1950s and 1960s hospitality.

The location was suitable for the occasion since we attended a concert in a nerby hall. Located right next to the train stop which took us to Neustadt Bahnhof or to Vienna the other way.
This hotel is located in a commercial area near Wiener Neustadt. Gas stations and fast food are nearby. Parking is in the hotel's front yard. Staff is very nice. I was served coffee personally at breakfast, which was very good. Good Wifi, convenient location to all connecting roads.
Here it states that the check-in time is until 11:30 PM. We arrived at the hotel around 10:30 PM and no one was there. We also called the emergency number but one one picked up. Please update the check-in details ASAP. We had to sleep in our car because of this!
My second time staying here - perfect location 🚁 as there for an aviation event running 2 days at the airfield across from the hotel. Perfect views , also excellent breakfast, great friendly staff, love rhe spacious room.
We stayed in this hotel for a night, on our way to Vienna airport. Room was spacious and clean, beds were quite comfortable. There is a large dedicated parking lot in front of the hotel.
