This is the 13th year skiing in Westendorf, it is by far the most family friendly resort I have come across. The ski schools are excellent, the restaurants on the mountain are very reasonably priced and the variety of skiing available for your annual trip is fantastic, there are seldom queues at the lifts and while some seasons the snowfall across europe is less than wished for the snow making facilities ensure all pistes are open.
We got welcomed very friendly by our host, Matthias, who was helpful and considerate during our stay. The studio was still pretty new, so Matthias made sure to regularly ask if we needed anything extra and if everything was working.
The accomodation is very close to several ski lifts and in a very calm neighborhood. It has everything you need for two persons. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Hosts were very supportive, helped with our wishes to explore Westendorf and Skiiwelt, advised which locations to see and attend. Chalet Berta is located in a very quiet district, in short distance from skii lift and from Westendorf center. Appartment is definetely very good for holiday stay with family. If we will have possibility we will stay in Chalet Berta again!
Fantastic location near the town centre and ski to door. Breakfast excellent, rooms good size and Bathroom good size with great shower.
