I cannot honestly make a statement about the accomodation, because we were not there. As a consequence of a booking problem on the website the accomodation was double booked. However our host took the responsibility and booked a hotel room for us in the near town. I think of it as a generous and honest act and we had a nice time in the area anyway!
The house is very spacious and comfortable, we didn’t even realize there were other guests at the bnb until the next morning when we saw them at the (amazing) breakfast! the scenery is magical and there’s lots of little hikes you can do. the hotel managers were very welcoming and helpful. overall a great stay, only wish we could have stayed longer
We arrived on Saturday in the late evening and due to a mistake our room was already occupied. The owners of the hotel were absolutely fantastic offering us a room for free, the diner and the breakfast. We really appreciated this professional approach. Thank you again for everything.
Hotel is beautiful, Walter and his staff are engaging excellent hosts and dinner and breakfast were both superb. The spa is extraordinary with four types of saunas and a very cold well water plunge pool. This hotel is on our list to visit anytime we pass through southern Austria.
