Nice sauna wellness area, whirlpool, everything clean. Parking available at the hotel, garage room for skis and ski boots with drying. The hotel is 200 m from the cable car, you don't need to drive or ski bus. And now the most important thing in this hotel is a very good idea to order half board.The quality of the food and the professionalism of the service is at a very high level.Indeed, you will be very pleasantly surprised.This is how I imagine service in a 4-star hotel.You do your job very well!

Beautiful mountains, wonderful view at the glacier from almost every point. Very good infrastructure for tourists. But you allways have to check the opening hours and even opening days of restaurants, because many of them cooks only at particular hours. But i think this apply for whole Austria :) We visited twice the restaurant Tuxer Grillkuchl in part of Tux called Lanersbach. The food was very quicky served, very tasty and they have awesome salad bar. Also the waitresses have been very friendly, always asking if everything was OK. With your stay in (i think) every accomodation facility comes a Guest card, which allows you to use the local bus for free! The river Tuxbach is incredibly clean and the walk by the water is very beautiful!

Well located nice place close to Hintertux on one side and Eggalm on the other side. There are shops and other facilities with everything necessary - bakery, souvenirs, sport equipment, farmacy, food, restaurants, banks, post office... Perfect place.

Wonderful location for hiking and skiing. It is easy to get around with bus that is free of charge with Tux guest card. It is also worth to buy the Zillertal Active Card. There are not many restaurants in Tuxertal. Almost all dining options are located within hotels.
This is a beautiful family owned hotel with excellent food and great wellness area. Close to the Hintertux gletscher and good bus connections to other skilifts. Loved ending a day on the slopes in the outdoor jacuzzi before getting ready for delicious diner with good bottle of wine. Really enjoyed our stay and we will be back for sure!
We were there during the skiing off-season (April 22) so we went skiing to Hintertux Gletscher. Hotel is in convenient location (around 15 minutes by skibus with bus stop few meters from the hotel).

Very quiet hotel, comfortable room, with great bed, perfect for a good night sleep after skiing. Lovely, kind and very helpful owners. And of course a great Austrian breakfast
Everything was perfect - very friendly staff, breakfasts even though everyday was the same thing it was good, close to the hintertux cable car. Highly recommend ;-)
