The breakfast was great. Also, the rooms were very clean and reasonably dark to battle the insomnia :-). We very much appreciated the ability to cancel the booking to the last moment because we were fighting with sickness in our family and were not sure to the last moment, if we could come. The property is very well located, about a 5 minute walk away from the inner town, markets and more. The hotel was clean and well decorated. Staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms do not have a fridge or a safe, which might be a problem for some.

Location is ideal, close to historic centre of Klagenfurt. Close to many local restaurants, cafe and bars. Jacqueline at reception was very helpful and resolved issues with air conditioning in my room. You need more people like her in your hotel.

We arrived in the hotel a few days before end of the season. There were only a few guests in the hotel, we nearly had the whole spa and saunas for ourselves! The staff was really nice, we never had the feeling of being "the unwanted last guests right before season ending".
The new sauna and spa area is spacious, very clean. Our highlight was the lake sauna with a great view on the Klopeiner See.
The rooms were tidy with modern bathrooms.
Breakfast was plentyful.
