Perfect family holiday on the slopes. Great price / quality ratio. Good opportunities for entertaining young kids at the swimming pool. Large room with large bathroom and a bathtub. Proximity to the Italian ski resort 3 zinnen / 3 cime, about 5 km, and to the Austrian one in Sillian. Both are easily accessible by car (free parking) or public transport. We have always found something we liked for breakfast and dinner, including my daughter. Last but not least, very helpful and friendly staff. They can arrange several services for you, like the skipasses.

The owner is very kind and chearful. The place is very nice and coasy, apartment was well equiped and very clean. We were very satisfied with the kitchen.
You can use sauna and steam bath without extra charge. They have enough parking space with easy access to
ski storage and they have enough heaters for the boots for all guests. The view from the balcony is awsome! We recomend this place and would definitely come again!

The apartment is beautiful. It's more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Unique, special and very friendly. We loved the garden. Just sitting there or playing with the kids. A magical place.
Sillian
Sillian is a beautiful little town. Beautiful houses and streets. We were at the local football field and we were also at a local game. All were very good.
Shopping opportunities and Lienz are also very close.
The hotel was fantastic, very clean, new and beautiful. The bedroom was also very nice, with comfortable beds.
The food was very tasty, the buffet gives you a lot of options to choose, plus the staff at the restaurant was very professional and also very kind with our baby all the time.
The hotel has also a stunning sauna area, plus two swimming pools (one for kids) . In addition a kids room/kids club is available, so the kids can play safely and have fun.
The food was generally good with a variety to select from. The inclusive package with local wine and beer, softdrinks, afternoon snack, etc is worth it. When booking through booking.com, this is not included so you need to pay extra if you want it. The pool is great for kids but probably not great for others. Room was spacious.
Location of the hotel is great. Short drive from the different beauties of the dolomites.
The breakfast buffet was very good for the price. The owners of the hotel were exceptional helpful, friendly and highly competent when it comes to mountaineering, climbing and many outdoor sports. Whereas I was coming with the motorbike and it seems that bikers love that place to stay in order to access the Dolomites easily with daily tours. I definitely come back. Thanks a lot to Alexa, Sophia and Roman. :-)
Cozy and warm apartment, surrounded by nature where you can feel like home. Large and fully equipped spaces (you can also find a dishwasher), it's the perfect location to start your hiking days.
With a wash machine those apartments would be absolutely perfect!

Very lovely hosts and nice room - spatious, well decorated and equipped. They offer the separate place to store your ski equipment. Sillian sky resort is couple minutes away, and 3 Zinned cca 15minutes. Great location, lovely valley. We loved everything, basically.
Great location just outside the Italian border, close to all sorts mountain walks and facilities. The staff of the hotel is super friendly and kind, we enjoyed the large breakfast and dinner buffet as well as the swimming pool and sunbathing area.
