Great wee swimming pool, mostly no one else in it ( hotel runs a lot of seminars and events so most people otherwise engaged). Lovely buffet breakfast and evening salad buffet or a la carts ( recommend local trout!)Fab indoor Padel Park next door. Nice walk into Semriach village.
Location wise is wonderful, top of the mountain, views over surrounding area, tons of horses wherever you look. Hotel as such consists of two buildings which might be a bit confusing for first arrival in the night.
We had a very late arrival but the room has been waiting for us and the key was there.
The environment was beautiful. There are a lot of hiking trails around Semriach. The garden is beautiful, the rooms are clear. The elevator was useful for us, cause we were travelling with a baby. Despite of the hot weather, the hotel was cool.
Location is the in hills, 30 minutes from Graz with pretty surroundings and cute town. Hotel has a restaurant and bar, which is great as there is not much in the surrounding area. Comfortable bed and quiet.
Excellent hotel in beautiful Steiermark. Good value, friendly staff, good facilities. We've gone 2 years in a row with a group and used their seminar room, and we plan to be back next year.
Staff was very friendly. Quiet and remote location. Large room. By our understanding hotel had authentic Austrian feeling - different wooden elements in interior and attributes in hallways.
