The reception staff were great and we're super helpful with storing our bags till we returned a week later. All staff were very friendly, it was very clean. Nice room with everything we needed. Great location 5 mins walk one way to the main square, 3 mins walk another way to the train station and a nice 20min walk to the ski jump.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, especially if you want to explore the city with public transport. The bus-stand is right beside the hotel. There are a few places to grab a bite in the neighbourhood.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Also, the balcony offers a great view. The parking has ample amount of spaces and the breakfast was adequate and satisfactory. The staff is friendly. Overall, a good choice.

This is an amazing hotel with great staff that offered excellent service! The restaurant was perfect and the food was delicious! While we only stayed one night on our way to Italy, the hotel would be extremely well-suited for an extended stay, either during summer or winter! We’ll definitely be back to explore Innsbruck and go skiing this winter, and when we do we will be staying at this hotel! Five star destination for sure!

Very friendly staff. We have been travelling for a while and it was nice to be in solidly built and family friendly lodging. We stayed in a family room with two large beds and one single, and it has plenty of room to be comfortable. Breakfast was convenient to have downstairs. It is not included in our Booking.com payment but was a good value at 8 Euro/per person. Good location to go into Innsbruck and also go down into the mountains to explore (Schlik 2000/Stubai Glacier, etc.)
The hotel is quite unique with a wellness centre in the new extension. The family room has a separate area for the double bed though it is only separated by a curtain.
The staff were friendly and I think if we'd been checked in by a different staff member then it might have been more informative.

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The villa is spacious, well maintained and nicely decorated. We also enjoyed the courtyard, and our kids loved the pool (intex). Great scenary and good location - a bit more than 10 minutes drive to Innsbruck and at the "footstep" of the beautuful Stubai valley. The owner, Chrsitian, was very nice and helpful.

It was a nice stay in general for us, the room was ok, the view (not from the room but from other areas) was nice, even though it was a rainy day when we stayed. The breakfast was very delicious with variety of fresh artisanal choices. The hotel is newly built, so the room was really nice.
We stayed in this lovely (new) hotel just one night on our way to Italy. The location is ideal just before the Brenner pass. Good beds, nice, clean bathroom and good breakfast.

The hotel has really very nice modern interpretations of alpine style rooms. Our room was to the front, so no spectacular view. Still excellent for the price. Reception staff was welcoming.
