It's a bit older but amazing. Breakfast was so good and tasty. Fresh and many things to choose from. Nice personnel. I would prefer a bit bigger gym. And I'm missing a swimming pool. I loved the view on the mountains.

Blauer Spatz is a little hidden gem in the heart of Raxalpen. The host was really friendly and very communicative. The appartment is well equipped and clean. The garden with the sauna and cherry tree is a little oasis. Parking was easy on the street. There was also a baby bed prepared for our young boy.
We highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return soon.

It has a magnicent charm. One side living in a castle on the other side, the apartment is fully equipped. The renovated old style furniture's are also beautiful. My children just felt like princesses. The size of the apartment is super big. It is next to the yellow Wanderweg ideal starting point of excursions. RAX Seilbahn is only 900m walking distance.

Very quiet location. We arrived at 20-21:00 made a self checking according to the instructions and left at about 10:00 without seeing the host. There is a nice backyard. The only small inconvenience was the narrow street from which it was a little difficult to turn into the yard.

We had a good time while staying in the hotel, which is located in a peaceful environment. The view from the window was beautiful, and the hotel's castle-like architecture added to its charm. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the staff were very nice. With its wellness facilities and gym, we especially enjoyed daily swims in the pool. It's ideal for those who want to relax away from the noise of the city. We would like to come back here again in the future.
Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable, having all amenities you might need - washer and dryer, dishwasher, sauna in the garden (extra towels too), and even a ping pong table.
Location is perfect in the middle of Reichenau, few minutes walk there is a Billa and a Spar, and opposite the road, a lovely pizzeria offering a good selection.
Hotel is amazing, much better than it looks on pictures. The location is great and it is very family and kids friendly. Food was also very good and staff was very friendly. There is a huge garden next to it, full of fruits, sheep, goats or there is a playground or place to lay down and rest, there is also a grill spot. It is a little paradise.
Reichenau and especially Edlach are really charming towns and the nature is breath-catching. The apartment is in an entirely separetad house with an own garage to use. The accomodation is fully supplied: we could not wish for anything we could not find in 2 minutes. The hosts were super helpful when we faced some difficulties.
This place is very pretty and comfortable. They try to do everything in a sustainable way. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Quiet, peaceful and super clean. i believe it will be even better once they manage to serve breakfast in the hotel. ☺️

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed. A wonderful Alpine hotel with loads of character. Convenient for Rax cable car. Great getaway from Vienna (easy drive away). I intend to return!
Exactly as pictured, fabulous breakfast, wonderful staff at both locations (sister hotels) who were so hospitable and welcoming. Access to the spa facilites was a great bonus!
