Location is spot on. Close to Vienna and in the middle of the wine region. Cleanness is really top. Restaurant serves very tasty food and has an excellent choice of regional wines. Staff at the reception was very helpful. We used their suggestions on our short tour of the region. Beauty farm complete and very well appointed. We enjoyed it very much. We plan to go back soon.

I arrived late at night. It was closed, but I called the host. She called me back and let me in to sleep.
I paid in the morning. The breakfast is delicious. They even gave me a ride to St. Martin’s Therme. There is no public transport from there to there. Excellent service.

Perfect modern oasis in the middle of wine country. The rooms were of a very good size, the pool and sauna were also very good. In addition, the hosts were personable and on the night we had dinner at the hotel, the food was fantastic. The wine list is exceptional, not just covering just Austria but rather an international wine list.

We were looking for a quiet, cozy getaway not too far from our home in Vienna. Sonnenweg was more than a perfect solution. Owner, Christian, is one of the kindest and most helpful Booking hosts we've ever met. The home itself has absolutely everything you need to feel you are staying at your own place. Bed was great for peaceful sleep in the countryside and sitting in front of the fireplace in the evening was great too. We also had a BBQ and let our dog play in the private yard. The area around the Zicksee is quiet and great for getting away from big city life. We plan to go back and have already recommended Sonnenweg to many of our friends :D

Perfect accommodation. Excellent communication, pleasant hostess. We had everything we needed :) The apartment is clean and modern. We received the Burgenland Card, which offers, for example, free entry to Podesdorf Beach.

Pamhagen has limited attractions itself but has opportunities close by and further afield. It is a few minutes walk from the Hungarian border. We do recommend the Gasthaus zum Türkenturm for a meal - just 30 seconds walk from the house.
We took the opportunity to hire cycles and to visit Neusiedler See. Podersdorf am See is on the lake and there are good places to eat and drink whilst watching the activities on the lake.
Whilst staying in Pamhagen we used our car to visit three capital cities, all within reasonable reach: Vienna, Bratislava and Budapest. The first two are easy to get to on the motorways or cross country, whilst the Hungarian capital is further but straightforward to go to.
