We knew this place before, especially the great restaurant.
We spent 3 nights at the Auwirt. Right from the beginning/start of the booking, the staff, especially Marek was unbelievably kind and helpful. We briefly met Nils, the owner, and the very nice cleaning lady. They were all super attentive! We went there with two dogs and it was absolutely no problem. Once you get out to the backside of the hotel, there is beautiful nature.
Can't wait to get back there. Highly recommended +++++
Quick and helpful communication before arrival; no paper filling at the check-in; no language barriers; warm and professional welcome by the owner; amazing hospitality by the stuff; traditional and modern room (actually 2 rooms), well equipped and clean ones; seperate toilet and bathroom; comfortable beds; fresh towels whenever you want that; ski bus stop next to hotel; 6-7 minutes drive to ski lifts; dogs are very welcome there, with great walking options around.
Not really sure why this hotel gained such relatively low rating? Everything was good - hotel has been renovated, so the rooms are comfortable and very clean. Staff is extremely helpful and trying to meet everyone's needs. Food (half-board) was very good and plenty. There is a sauna which you can use every day. Location is close to Kitzbühel and easy to get to ski slopes (by car or skibus). We really enjoyed our short stay there a lot!
The hotel impresses with its convenient location, room cleanliness, and delicious breakfasts. Additionally, there are several saunas (operating daily from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM), which was a pleasant bonus. However, the most important aspect is the hospitality of the staff and their constant willingness to assist. Recommending this hotel guarantees a delightful stay, and I highly recommend it!
Staff was trying to be nice but only little english and no german :-(
Breakfast was poor, no fresh machine coffee, runout of bread and cutlery, cold cuts of poor quality and not nice presented! Cups for coffee without saucers or paper cups to choose from. First time I see such poor standards in an Austrian Hotel.
The staff were very helpful and the owners gave us a covered parking space for our motorcycles and trailer throughout our stay without charge. The food was excellent and moderately priced.
The criticisms below should not put off potential visitors who will find the hotel very welcoming and friendly.

The staff is very friendly and thoughtful. The half board are also really delicious. We were one day not able to come back to hotel on time for dinner. However, they are really kind and even keep the main meal fr us. We are really appreciate the flexibility of the kitchen arrangements.
Great family run hotel just outside of Kitzbuhel but well located on the main road with parking and beside a bus stop running regularly to the centre.
Wonderful walks on the doorstep too!

The hotel was located in a great place. The mountain view was well worth it. The room was very clean and was amazed how good they kept the old furniture. Just one doorknob kept on falling off but otherwise good.
