We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. It’s clear that the owner truly cares about her guests and the experience they have. The surroundings are beautiful, with horses adding to the charm of the place. We felt like we were on a holiday at a family member’s home, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Two nights we stayed here were OK. The room was newly renovated (unlike the bathroom), spacious and clean, we had a balcony but it unfortunately faced the main road and gas station which was quite noisy especially early in the morning. Breakfast was rich with good variety of food.
The hotel is located right next to the Rofan cable car station which was very convenient, the lake is like 15 mins walking distance. 5 to 15 mins walk to restaurants.
The Hotel Gappen consists of 2 buildings.It is a traditional, Tyrolean-style hotel in Kramsach in the Inn Valley.

Nice hotel with good wi-fi and friendly staff. We were only there for one night. Room was OK the pillows a bit too soft for me but that's personal preference. Breakfast was very good and the best part for me was the amazing restaurant that they have behind the hotel. The food was very good

Excellent service, great breakfast, very nice room and other facilities. Isabella at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. The property itself is very nice, the heated pool is a must to experience.

Hotel is close to Autobahn. Price is reasonable for a 1-night stay. Showers are hot and internet works well. We missed the check in window due to traffic, and the staff waited up for us until we arrived, just after 8:30. There are many places to easily walk around in the forest/hills nearby if you want to stretch your legs before getting on the road.
