We loved the room, the view, the food, the beer, the wine, the pool, the staff, the chill-out area, the air hockey table, and being on the doorstep of epic running trails, cycling routes, and climbing routes. Plus, the little touches (room chocolate, birthday cake) add that je ne sais quoi. This is our fourth trip to Hotel Neue Post; we love it and will keep coming back!

The staff were very friendly and attentive. We arrived on a rest-day, yet the restaurant offered a 4-course dinner, which was made with local or home grown ingredients and was very flavorful. We liked the chefs approach very much. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and absolutely delicious too. The spa area offered many different saunas, pool area was peaceful.

You must try the tasty Käsekrainer from pittoresque place named Steffi‘s Leckerbissen. We enjoyed dinner in natural ambiance at Gasthof Waldcafe and at Cafe-Restaurant Mount Everest. I liked the Thursday concert performed by the local orchestra. Easy to reach any point around Mayrhofen.

Mayrhofen is substantially reliant on tourism both in summer and winter. As summer visitors, we were largely looking for reasonably undemanding trips into the mountains. These were achieved, with the help of the excellent local bus services. Standout moments were the walk down the Stilluptal on the recently created footpath and the magnificent views at the Schlegeis dam. We chose to eat at the Kramerwirt hotel in the centre of town each evening and were never disappointed.

I liked the most having 2 options for Mountain skiing. Also, having variety shops & restaurants as well as coffee shop. It is amazing for the family with kids as you can find kids play ground next to restaurants.

Very easy to get to by public transport.
Very easy to get to by public transport. Always snow in Mayrhofen. Very convenient for gondolas up the mountain. Lots of ski hire places which are quick and efficient (no hanging around). Loads of nice shops cafes bars and restaurants. Lively resort but even though our room was right in the centre of apres ski activities it wasn't noisy once inside our room.

All are located close to each other and less then 20 minutes by car.

Breakfast was lovely, rooms are perfect, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The sauna and steam room really helped to relax after a full day of skiing and the restaurant’s food is delicious, the hotel is located right next to Bruck n’Stadl which is a great après-ski bar and short walking distance from both Ahornbahn and Penkenbahn gondola’s.
The accommodation is conveniently located, the ski bus stops right in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious with a great choice. The spa was well-equipped and very relaxing. Great value for money, I would choose this hotel for my next ski vacation.
The owners and staff were very friendly and nice, the hotel is located close to the main ski lift, the room was warm, clean and comfortable and the breakfast-delicious! The sauna was perfect after a whole day on the slopes. Definitely coming back next year!
