The hotel is great, all the staff is making their best effort to keep your stay as enjoyable as possible. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The SPA area is amazing, especially the open swimming pool on the rooftop. Breakfast and dinner are exceptional. Loved our stay, would love to visit this hotel again

Hotel Rose is a fantastic place to stay. We stayed in the comfort triple which had a small room with a single bed inside the main room. The toilet was in a separate room than the shower and sink, which was a plus with three of us. The room also had closets so we could unpack and a lovely round table with cushioned benches and a balcony. Breakfast was included. The buffet had variety; something for all tastes. There is a coffee machine for cappuccinos and espresso drinks. Dinner was also included and was very well prepared and presented. The service was excellent. Location was near the ski bus stop, but also walking distance to Penkenbahn. Could easily walk to main part of town for shops and restaurants. There was a ski rental and grocery store a block away. Hotel Rose has a locker room for skis, bikes etc. Staff at the front desk were quite helpful. The staff and management at Hotel Rose have gone the extra step with the attention to detail...shelves and hooks in the bathrooms, an umbrella to borrow in the room and coat hooks, detailed menus for the next day/s dinner; a variety of lighting, etc.

Very easy to get to by public transport.
Very easy to get to by public transport. Always snow in Mayrhofen. Very convenient for gondolas up the mountain. Lots of ski hire places which are quick and efficient (no hanging around). Loads of nice shops cafes bars and restaurants. Lively resort but even though our room was right in the centre of apres ski activities it wasn't noisy once inside our room.

Stayed at Neuhaus Zillertal Resort Hotel. Lovely accommodation, friendly and helpful staff.
Nice town with a number of good restaurants and shops. Frequent buses serve the entire area and Penkenbahn gondola which delivers you to a vast ski area is just 5 minutes away.

Not a very happy go lucky vibe ... despite good weather and great snow there wasn't much smiling or joy from the other visitors .. except from the Dutch ... on whom we can rely on to cheer up the scene. Hintertux well worth a day or two's visit.

absolutely great location, ski bus next to hotel and mayerhofen center with shops cafes and restaurant just 15 minutes walk. apartment 210 was excellent, one of the nicest we ever had, perfect for 2-3 people, very well equipped. apartament 320 was a bit worse as had no proper sitting / living space, just a table in the corridor. still overall impression was good, especially for location. also sauna was available, but it was in the other building, ca 300 m away.
Exceptionally well run family hotel. The family run this hotel very well with emphasis on a welcoming atmosphere and comfortable surroundings. The rooms were very modern with great facilities and the spa downstairs was a great feature with multiple sauna and steam. The breakfast was excellent and the staff went out of their way to help. A short walk or bus to the Cable car depending on how energetic you feel. Close to the town and all bars and restaurants .
Great location next to the train station. The hotel is great and has a Sauna and storage room for ski equipment. The restaurant is fantastic too with great food and a short walk away from all the good spots in Mayrhofen. almost all ski buses stop at the train station so getting to the lifts is really straight forward. Great value for money too compared to other hotels in the area. Carla and the rest of the staff were great too!
The hotel was exceptionally good. The hotel was really well staffed and everyone was very professional and polite. The food was high end restaurant standard and was absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet was unbelievably extensive. There was an amazing rooftop pool and indoor spa, pool and wellness centre. Towels & dressing gowns were provided. Ski bus stop runs very regularly from just across the road.
Beautiful family run hotel in a great location in Mayrhofen/Zillertal- just minutes on foot from the gondola to start your ski adventure, and also a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Mayrhofen. Superb location close to Bahnhof with ski bus stop close by and short walk into town. Hotel has clearly been extensively refurbished pretty recently to a high standard so everything was in really good condition and immaculately clean. Excellent and extensive buffet breakfast with hot items available cooked to order. Owners and staff all very helpful and friendly.

The room was comfortable, clean, well maintained, amazing location, wonderful breakfast - it was just super!
The hotel owner also assist me with a long term parking a week prior of my staying while I was hiking.

The facilities are brilliant. The staff and owner are amazing. Short walk into the main area of bars and restaurants but there are also bars and restaurants on the way.

This is a really nice little hotel on the outskirts of Mayrhofen. Quaint and cosy feel, very comfy bed. We also loved the dog, Paula, who greets you every day.
