,I am disappointed with the service, or rather the lack of it. After arriving at the hotel, the lady who worked at the reception that evening told me that she had canceled my reservation without any explanation of this difficult situation for me. The journey lasted 10 hours, I was traveling with two small children. I paid for two rooms, and my reservation is still confirmed in the application, and I had to look for accommodation in the middle of the night without any help from your hotel. I am outraged by this situation, I think it is a mistake on your part. I was treated very disrespectfully, I was almost thrown out the door. Without any explanation, I only heard that there were no more rooms available. No one explained why I drove so many kilometers to my destination and the rooms I booked were not available to me. Staff was always great and helpful. We asked for an upgrade as our room had carpet and staff was really understanding and found a solution.
