What an amazing hotel! Arrived in heavy rain and shown to a space in garage for motorbikes by a young man who had no issue in getting wet to show us the way. This is a very grand hotel with beautiful decor in all areas. We were shown to our rooms which was also a lovely touch. Room was large, warm and very comfortable. Slippers, umbrella and rucksack ( for walkers ) all provided for guests.
Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast was just outstanding, so much choice and such good quality. A choice of 6 types of honey - what can I say!!
A beautiful spa which unfortunately we hadn’t time to make use of.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was lovely. We really liked how they brought the traditional Austrian wood carvings from throughout the hotel into the modern rooms by printing these patterns onto the headboard. We also loved the spa facilities, the Aroma sauna was so soothing and the upstairs area to relax too. Breakfast was good with a great selection of very tasty fruit.

The staff was amazing and helped with everything we needed. Great breakfast, quiet and beautiful location. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was stunningly decorated. Everything was perfect!
Lovely location and the very clean. Just remember too bring earbuds because the walls are a bit thin, but it is a cabin after all. They gave us a lovely basket of essentials at the start of the stay - and staff there were so nice.

Owners were super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast were definitively one of the highlights of our stay. Saalbach as well as Kaprun or Zell am See are very close and bus stop is right on front of the property.
There is a pool and it is very beautiful with a nice mountain view.
Breakfast was good but the options were limited. We stayed 3 nights in a family suite which has the best view in the whole hotel.
I would say the owner was very helpful.
We did get a discount book from a hotel. With that book we got some nice discounts for the tickets in the main attraction in Zell am see.
Really glad I found this hotel. The room was spacious and really comfortable, the food was fantastic in the resto and for the breakfast, felt like home made, the service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, they opened the Sauna for me in the morning even though it opens at 3pm. Highly recommend, I plan to bring back the family for a stay.
The highlight for us was the sauna space and also that our small dog could stay with us. We also enjoyed that it was not a Hotel Business it was a holiday on a farm style easy and relaxed. I traveled with my parents in the 80s and they loved the atmosphere from the castle as well as the one from the farm side with fresh eggs and local food.
Very good location. Huge skiing area (three resorts) easy reachable with short distance. Apartment quite new, modern and clean. Skiing boots dryer. SPA usage in hotel Victoria is for free.
