This was my second trip to Vienna from Australia and I didn't hesitate to re-book. I would stay here as often as I possibly good. The best hotel, extremely classy, beautifully appointed rooms, hotel rooftop restaurant and bar that overlooks all of Vienna. Stunning, stunning, stunning. Easy commute to any where with Vienna's fabulous train systems.

We were plesantly surprised to be given an upgrade. The room was large and airy with a large window, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. We were only there for a few days so we were out and about but they did provide afternoon tea free for guests unfortunately we didn't get a chance to do this but that was a very nice touch.
