The cottage was wonderful inside and out. Facilities and kitchen utensils were really good quality and everything we needed was there. The host was really nice and helpful even without knowing English. Beds were clean and comfortable as were the showers. Local mini supermarket and restaurants were a three minute walk away over a small river opposite the cottage.

Amazing place with great views, swimming pool, good restaurant close to hotel. All receptionists and owners were extremely friendly. Delicious tea was given to us in the room. Kids enjoyed playroom on the ground floor. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The location is beautiful, there are plenty of things to do for the children, the staff is very kind and understanding.
They made an outdoor BBQ that night for all the guest and was delicious.

Amazing place! We were returning from our summer vacation and decided to stop in Kleinarl to rest from the travel. There is an information centre in Kleinarl, the friendly staff helped which places to visit. Kleinarl has a ski lift that leads to the walkways on the mountain. On the mountain, there is a restaurant with a beautiful view of Kleinarl, an amazing place to rest from walking, great to spend with kids. After visiting the mountain, we went to the beautiful Jagersee lake. We are delighted with the place.
The spa was nicer than we expected. The swimming pool was refreshing without being too cold. We also appreciated the ski depot downstairs where we could store all of our ski equipment. Our apartment accommodated four people comfortably, with two queen beds, a sofa, a kitchenette, and a table. The hotel is within walking distance to the nearest ski lift, which is a plus, but not ski-in, ski-out.
Beautiful apartment in a quiet part of Kleinarl. Near the ski lift station. The kitchen is fully equipped. The owner is very nice and welcomed us warmly. You can also communicate in English here. The property has a friendly atmosphere and you can feel at home here.
The hotel is just amazing. Claudia the owner was so incredibly sweet and attentive. We felt so welcome at well taken care of. The breakfast was fantastic. The pool beautyful and the room big and spacious. We cannot praise the hotel enough!
