Excellent accommodation set in a fantastic location. Staff were wonderful, and the food was exceptional. We will definitely plan a longer stay next time. Garage parking facilities are also on site, which, as we were a group of motorcyclists, it was nice to know the bikes were securely parked.

From house service to the owner, everyone was so helpful and friendly.. anything you need they will help u out i was there with my 6 months old baby anything i needed for me baby like hot water make baby food hot or keep food in kitchen freezer they never said no kitchen staff is so humble and helpful they are real heros from breakfast shift to the night shift ones every one play there part very well the owner gave us Table fan as there is no AC or fan in rooms.

We recently stayed at Lederer hotel in Kaprun and we were thoroughly impressed. The location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the Alpe. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities one could need.
One of the highlights was the Kaprun Summer Card, which the hotel provided. This card gave us free or discounted access to many attractions and activities in the region, including the stunning Kitzsteinhorn Glacier and scenic lake cruises. It added incredible value to our trip and made exploring Kaprun and the surrounding areas so much more enjoyable.

The room was perfect, spacious, warm and clean.We had big balcony and a beautiful wiev.
If you're booking your stay here make sure breakfast is included 'cause it's one of the best ones you will ever have.
Summer cards are also included, wich is great, because you either get free tickets for some activities or a discount for them.

Kaprun is a very nice place for someone interested in spending 3/4 days for outdoor activities and hiking in the nearby mountains. There are a lot of possibilities for visiting the mountains with the Teleferik although a bit expensive for a family of 4 persons.

The Geography and skiing are everyone's reason for going to Kaprun. They are both excellent. The town itself was pretty quiet in early April. Pizza shops dominated the dining seen. Some of the business had Arabic words written on their signs. I don't believe that these words were necessary for Arab travelers, but detract from the authentic alpine atmosphere.
The ski lift was my favorite facility.
The Aplenhaus restaurant was the best place to eat.
I would avoid going up the mountain on anything but the first lift in the moring

Skiing Kaprun / Zell am See in March is excellent but the weather can be changeable . Also can be busy on the glacier at times and the route back to the Alpincentrr can be bumping and very congested.
Great apres ski options at the bottom of the maiskogelbahn . Baumbar and Paletti are particularly excellent .
The Bründl shop / ski hire location at the foot of the maiskogel provide lockers which are brilliant when you finish for the day to deposit your skis and boots , change into normal shoes and hit the apres ski entertainment. Great staff here as wel , always helpful and friendly

Kaprun has a small town feel about it. Roads are kept clear and the area spotlessly clean. Everything we need for skiing or just enjoying a winter break is available. Fellow tourists and locals are all great company.

I was there because I was skiing on the glacier. The ski slopes are fine. Generally, conditions are good because they are placed at high altitudes. I like the size of Kaprun town. It's not too big. I recommend going there for skiing.
Comfortable unit for a small family (up to two kids). Unit was pretty small but very well equipped- there was even an air-condition at the unit (pretty rare in this area) which was highly needed due to an extreme hot weather. In addition there is a shared laundry room at the facility. Finally - we received the Zell am see Kaprun sommer card at the beginning of our stay which saved us a lot of expenses.
The apartment was very comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Great location, right in the middle between the two ski resorts, which can be reached very quickly by bus, the stop of which is a 2-minute walk from the house. Also we are very grateful for the opportunity to use the Tauern spa for free. We will definitely be back! I recommend. Thank you!
Nice hotel in the central of Kaprun and easy transportation to anywhere , The hotel suit is very good with private balcony , The spa and swimming pool are excellent facilities .We were half board for 3 nights and the family really enjoyed the food , amazing staff very helpful. highly recommend
Skiing at Kitzsteinhorn Gletcher is amazing for the good skiers (5 mins driving). We as a family with 7 y.o. child have choosen the Schmitten in Zell am See, as there are amazing childrens ski parks with different attractions.
