,I am disappointed with the service, or rather the lack of it. After arriving at the hotel, the lady who worked at the reception that evening told me that she had canceled my reservation without any explanation of this difficult situation for me. The journey lasted 10 hours, I was traveling with two small children. I paid for two rooms, and my reservation is still confirmed in the application, and I had to look for accommodation in the middle of the night without any help from your hotel. I am outraged by this situation, I think it is a mistake on your part. I was treated very disrespectfully, I was almost thrown out the door. Without any explanation, I only heard that there were no more rooms available. No one explained why I drove so many kilometers to my destination and the rooms I booked were not available to me. Interesting hotel if you want to try something different.
Staff was always great and helpful. We asked for an upgrade as our room had carpet and staff was really understanding and found a solution.
Breakfast was good.
We took this hotel for one night, travelling through Austia to Italy. Everything was ok, we had the room with a little kitchen inside. The people working in the hotel were very kind and friendly. We asked for the babybad as we were travelling with one year old child and the bed was in the room as promised. The hotel has a big parking so there was no problem to leave the car there overnight. Downstairs in the same bulding there is a restaurant so you can eat and drink something in the evening when you stay in the hotel.
Very helpful receptionist. We made the reservation at 21:30 and at 22:30 when we arrived we had the room ready including the cot. Delicious breakfast. The Billa market next to the hotel. We even got a bigger room because we were traveling with a baby.
We stayed for one night. Hotel was nice and clean, close to the highway and with free parking, which is a definite plus. It is a simple hotel for short stay like ours, breakfast was good
