Very friendly owner. Nothing wat too much we asked. Great location, starting of nice walking trails right behind the hotel. Very clean, every day cleaning, unnecesarry imho, but ok that's the new western standard for being green.

The rooms were very clean, the garden was beautiful, the owner was very kind, the breakfast was rich. The owner provided also glutenfree bread.
Everything was great. The location is convenient, the nature around is astounding, the hotel is clean and well maintained, the parking is big, the food is good (although we didn't get a chance to try the restaurant - something for the next time we're staying), the rooms are comfy and clean. Barbara is very welcoming and attentive to her guests.
Next time we need to stay in that part of Austria - it definitely would be this hotel again.

The perfect blend of a well-equipped apartment and delightful breakfast made our stay truly enjoyable. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available when needed. We spent our days hiking in the mountains, and relaxing with a swim in the pool and sauna during the late afternoon was a wonderful treat! We wholeheartedly recommend this aparthotel for a fantastic experience!

Hotel and apartments are clean and staff is very friendly. Location is nice (20 minutes driving distance from Nassfeld). Breakfast was nice (good selection of meat, cheese, bread and egg based warm breakfast).
