A true hidden gem! I loved the hospitality and the facilities. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is super comfy. The hotel restaurant has limited options, but the coffee is great! It's a wonderful place to connect with nature and find your inner peace. Highly recommended!

Amazing place and amazing location. Very nice view from the resort, we was with small childrens and there is very nice play room for them. The breakfast is amazing and deliver every morning to the chalet. The restaurant was very good and kids friendly and the waiter was very very nice. In the chalet was hut tab outside and sauna . We love this place very much

The hotel is perfect, the view from the hotel balcony is breathtaking, all the facilities in the hotel are perfect, the book is excellent, the breakfast is perfect but as a customer my best experience is the staff at the hotel who were simply always there for me in every issue, I want to especially mention Michael and Elizabeth who did everything for me and made the trip Mine is perfect. Excellent property just 15kms away from main Hallstatt. The drive was pleasant. The rooms are a bit far away from the main reception building but the view from the balcony was awesome. The restaurant is good too.

Very picturesque, quiet and calm place foo relaxation, or for nature walks. Beautiful lake, a bit cold, but you still can bath. You can also find nice little beaches when walking along the lake, not many people around. Not many places to eat, but the food in our hotel restaurant was delicious, very high level!
It was a wonderful three days with our almost three-year-old son, who at that time began his skiing adventure in the Alps in nearby Tauplitz. A house like from a fairy tale, a quiet neighborhood, perfect for walks and morning jogging. Winter was not pleasant this year, it was snowless and even rainy on Grundlsee. We could only imagine how beautiful it is in this place during real winter. Fortunately, it was possible to go skiing in the area and stay overnight in a quiet area, in a cozy cottage.
Andreas and Sigrid were awesome hosts. Their cooking was professional grade and the pension was spotlessly clean. Andreas told us the history of the land/house which goes back to the 1100s. The property has been in the family since the 1600s and a vacation property since 1745. It has been renovated to modern standards. It is just a great spot to enjoy the great benefits of Austria.
A wonderful old house with a beautiful view of the mountains, fully equipped, cozy, in a wonderful location among forests, lakes and mountains. (20 min by car to Hallstatt). We spent a wonderful Christmas there and miss it already! The hosts are very friendly and helpful - thank you for the opportunity to spend wonderful holidays in your home!!!
Everything was absolutely perfect! Apartment is really spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Playground is a dream. Kids had a blast with all the farm animals and activities. Hosts were incredibly nice. Location is perfect for visiting the area is you have a car (Hallstatt, Dachstein Krippenstein, Altaussee, Grundlsee).
It's one of the best places we have stayed in during our visit to Austria. Mr. Herbert was very kind and supportive with us.
The apartment was clean, comfort, well equipped and truely located in middle of the paradise.
I will definitely be back to the paradise.

Fantastic, comfortable bed. Very warm inside room, which was crucial due to cold weather outside. Sauna available all the time with additional space to rest and make yourself some tea with lake view. Free, spacious parking in front of hotel. Good breakfast. Beautiful view on the lake and mountains.
Very nice location close to the Grundlsee and various walk paths. Various different short hikes to Lake Toplitz. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. As for the house/appartment. All the amenities are available. The hosts were very nice.
I loved everything about our stay: the chalet’s rustic but tasteful decor, great view over the valley and the lake, the food was fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
View of Grundlsee, plus the modern decor, layout and comfort of room were all exceptional. The terrace is perfect for breakfast and dinner. The spa area has both the amenities and lake view to enhance the experience.

This is a wonderful place - very comfortable and lonely, we absolutely loved it. The view of the lake from the kitchen is amazing. We felt very much at home in all ways. It was everything we hoped for.
