Amazing place with so many things to do right onsite for pre or post-skiing time. Billiards, a pool, ping pong, a bowling alley! We loved it. Just 15 minutes to the less-crowded Hauser Kaibling mountain of Schladming. Breakfast was very good with fresh bread each morning! Great places nearby such as Haeuserl im Wald with their own curling rink.
Landhaus St Georg is set in Gröbming, only an 8-minute drive from the Hauser Kaibling, Schladming-Dachstein skiing and hiking area. It features a restaurant and offers free WiFi in the lobby area.

The smaller town, not crowded, all the services are there. It takes only a few minutes to get to the skiing resorts. It is a great place for the stay, to be a much better place to stay than in the "big town" Schladming.

Grobming is a pleasant and friendly village where everyone will receive a warm welcome. It has all the facilities one could possibly need. Three large supermarkets provide plenty of choice of fresh local and international food supplies. There are a variety of hotels and restaurants and cafes to choose from too. It is ideally positioned to enable convenient access to the great outdoors of Austria.
Even before our arrival we were given a lot of useful information regarding our stay. Bettina was very friendly host and we felt very welcome. The appartment was super: extremely clean, modern and just perfect for our holiday. There was everything and much more than we needed. Summercards were included in the stay and we found them very useful. Surroundings in Gröbming and elsewhere in Schladming-Dachstein region are breath-taking. We would definitily come back, if we visited the region again and we absolutely recommend this appartment.
The whole stay in Landhaus St. Georg was wonderful - very helpful staff (speaking also Slovak, nice surprise for Czech travelers :) ), great food (breakfasts and dinners) and wellness exceeding all our expectations - 3 types of sauna, beautiful relaxation room and tea for free.
The hotel has really high standard of all its service while keeping the overall atmosphere friendly and homey. It was definitely one of the best hotels where we have ever stayed during our winter vacation.
We've got in Resort Amadeus everything what we need to spend few days skiing and rest after skiing in a comfortable Hotel. Thanks to very helpful and communicative hosts - we have the opportunity to spend nice time in Grobming and nearby towns. Tasty and rich breakfest - served in a bufet form - welcomed us every day. In the evening we might relax in well equipped sauna and rest place. We aslo have the access to spacious skiroom - to store and heat our ski tools.
The apartment was nice and clean. It provides ful kitchen equipment. The only one disadvantage was that our apartment did not have living room/space so you have to spend time in the kitchen but we knew this before ordering There is also ski room and comfortable parking. You can have breakfast, pizza and beer prepared by the owner. It is few minutes drive to Gröbming and app. 13 minutes to Ski amade area.
PLEASURE. Wake up when you above from clouds? Play table games during supper on 2000 m? Excellent staff? Air that only one breath is same as good wine? Hot chocolate cup in morning above clouds and observer 3000 m picks? - This is all about this hotel. The hotel is not recommended - if you nearly, it must to be booked. Great location - very quiet, we were the only ones in the entire house, in base-floor. Great price, nice kitchen, with everything that is needed. The summer card is very useful - it saved us a lot of money. It was nicely cold in the rooms, even though it was very hot. Nice place for dinner on the garden. Grobming flowers in streets.
Great hotel at a beautiful spot on top of the mountain, surrounded by beautiful trees, views, cows and other animals. Perfect for a weekend of activities since it's close to ziplines, hike areas and more. Very friendly staff, especially the owner who came and sat with us a few times for a chat. Also the food is yummy.

The rooms are comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. They have completly new sauna facilities - it is a MUST to visit the sauna during your stay. Small but exceptional.. The food is great and the family that runs the hotel is extremly helpful and kind. we sure will come again.... I strongly recomend..

For us it was only an overnight stay on our way to hiking trip so I can’t judge a lot. But it was fine, comfortable and the owners were great. The hotel is not one of the newest but still in a good shape. Breakfast was very good.
The castle and the surroundings are absolutely wonderful. The owner and her family are extremly welcoming. It was one of the best experiences we could ever get. It is an amazing hotel-castle. We totally recommend.
