Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The view from the rooms was amazing. The kids loved the first floor lounge, we ended up playing cards there on both evenings.

Friendly and helpful staff. They explain everything clearly. Although the parking inside is full of cars, there are free parking place nearby (5 minutes on foot) where you can always park your car.

Spacious apartment, we needed only two of the three rooms and this was checked with us before, so the third one was locked. Great view from the balcony on te idyllic landscape. The kitchen downstairs offers everything you need (we only used the kitchen for breakfast). Beds are comfortable and each bedroom has its own sink.
Located in the centre of Golling, Café Maier is just 100 metres from Golling-Abtenau Train Station and 200 metres from the Aqua Salzach Spa. It includes a traditional Austrian café and pastry shop.

Beautiful small down town with typical Austrian arhitecture, murrals on amost eash builiding. We were in transit so one more days to explore the surronding would be great. Free downtown parking. The lady in info center were more than helpful and nice, she even opened the already locked info center door to give us brochures. We didn't have time so visit mini burg in very center, have seen it from outside only.

Golling was the perfect place to stay!
Golling was the perfect place to stay! They had everything we needed for our large group of 6 adults. Only minus is that we didn't have enough time to truly enjoy spending time in the house! We loved the comfortable decor and the charming town the most. The waterfall nearby was absolutely beautiful and the downtown area was very cute with lovely cafes and high end restaurants! The grocery store is only a few minutes drive away, and it had everything we needed. We traveled to Salzburg and Munich while we stayed here and thought it was a nice hub for our travels. SO many places and sites to see nearby as well!

We stopped here on a driving holiday travelling back to the UK from Croatia. This market town is really nice, some lovely shops, a good mix of tourist, good quality clothing, food and drink and curiosity shops. There are a good selection of restaurants to cater for all tastes. We didn't have a great deal of time here but would certainly revisit if travelling this way again.

Nice location, nice friendly staff at hotel next to campsite & restaurant which was fantastic.walking distance to a beautiful waterfall. Even a vending machine for french fries which was a first! Good showers with plenty of hot water. Highly recommend.
Excellent apartment with everything one would need., Including fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with lovely mountain views. Great location with the added bonus of a tourist card giving free rail travel into Salzburg.(30 minutes)
The room was quite spacious. People working at the hotel were all very friendly and took the time to help us with a mishap that we had with the booking. Good value for money offer with the breakfast.
Very nice hotel, very comfortable bed, cleanliness. And the most amazing thing is of course the view! And a special and simply huge thank you to Mr. Fritz for his responsiveness and help!
