Amazing place with wonderful view. Great communication with apartment owners. The key was prepared in a locked box, so we had no issues during the first entry. A fully equipped and modern kitchen fulfilled our expectations.

The location is stunning. We arrived early but that was no problem & we received a warm welcome and a schnapps & cola and shown to our room which was a good size with a balcony and amazing views. Also given very helpful information about the area & local restaurants. It was a shame it was an overnight stopover and we didn't have time to experience the cable cars.
Plenty of choice for breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer - hopefully next time.
We booked this hotel to ski in Serfaus. Way from the hotel to the Serfaus parking is 25 minutes by the car. That was ok.
This is very small family hotel with only 16 rooms. It is managed by the family. They are very friendly, but don't speak english at all, however inexplicably speak with you German even knowing you can't understand anything.
Service is nothing special. Just bed and breakfast. But price for value is very adequate.
Wow, wow, WOW, we were totally blown off, the hotel is 2 leagues above what we expected from the description / pictures. The rooms are spacious, newly renovated and completely spotless. The beds are super wide with separate mattresses. The host lady is the friendliest person in the whole world. Breakfast is generous with fresh rolls, selection of meats and cheeses, eggs cooked for you and brewed coffee.
