,I am disappointed with the service, or rather the lack of it. After arriving at the hotel, the lady who worked at the reception that evening told me that she had canceled my reservation without any explanation of this difficult situation for me. The journey lasted 10 hours, I was traveling with two small children. I paid for two rooms, and my reservation is still confirmed in the application, and I had to look for accommodation in the middle of the night without any help from your hotel. I am outraged by this situation, I think it is a mistake on your part. I was treated very disrespectfully, I was almost thrown out the door. Without any explanation, I only heard that there were no more rooms available. No one explained why I drove so many kilometers to my destination and the rooms I booked were not available to me. I think you should put more effort into customer service. I demand reimbursement of the costs incurred and compensation. Best regards, Katarzyna Maciejczak-Hoppe

The Herberts Stubn is located ca 1.5 km from the Graz airport. Good distance for a morning walk (assuming that there is no rain). I found the hotel appropriate for 1 night just before the flight. Good breakfast with coffee and tea. The host could communicate in English. And the most important think - there was no any noise from outside, during the night, as it happens in town.
After a shock on the bus station in the city of Graz i couldn't get any information of the taxi service to take me to the hotel i finally arrived to the hotel more by chance then plan trip , i met wonderful person on reception who help me with the booking the flight ticket and told me haw to get to the airport so early in the morning Thank you for that again
Perfect place for a night during the trip. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, you don't need anything else for one night. Location just a few km from the Motorway. A big surprise was an excellent restaurant with japan food! The sushi was exceptional:-) I'll visit the restaurant, even if I don't need a hotel! I highly recommend it.

Hotel is very close to reach from Graz airport, a 10 minute walking distance. Not so great when the weather is bad, though, then a taxi is needed for what is probably a two minute drive.
Nice hotel near the road. It’s good to stay for 1 night and go further. Great staff. The breakfast was ok, nothing special, but we were not hungry after it.

Conveniently located close to the highway to take an overnight break from driving. Self check in post midnight worked well with the instructions provided. The hotel seems very new, nicely furbished and super clean. Easy as well to park the car. Great value for money
Its a shame, there was no breakfast at the hotel. The staff on reception, and the bar staff on the evening did say breakfast would be in the main area but on both mornings, only the cleaner was there and hence no breakfast.
Nice location well designed and furnished. Beds were very confortable and I especially apreciated the sound isolation since the hotel is near a busy road. Available parking was also a strong point.
