Lady who organize our stay was kind and polite. We were late for more than hour and lady was able to wait for us - we are sorry again to come late.
After arrival we have got documents to fill-in, keys and instruction how to get to our rooms. Rooms were clean and prepared.

Beds anf pillows comfortable to sleep on. Mattress middle soft.
There is also refrigerator on the hall - maybe shared for all rooms together - we do not know, as we have not asked. We have found refrigerator next day morning and did not asked as we stayed just for one night and in the morning we came away.
Breakfast was great. Served by the same lady who meets us at the reception. We had been served by soft boiled (runny yolk) eggs, hot drink (coffee or tea was choice) or cold drinks (orange juice or water), vegetables, fruit, cereals, jams, honey, butter, sliced cheese, sliced ham and hard salame, fresh warm baked goods. Cereals with milk or yoghurt could be chosen from ready to eat one or we can make our own mix (raisins, linseeds, corn-flakes, two types of yoghurt, different chrunchy mueslies, etc. Really wide range of variable dishes.
Located 100 metres from Salzburg Main Train Station, Austria Trend Hotel Europa Salzburg is only a 10-minute walk from Mirabell Gardens, the Congress Centre and Mozarts residential building.

The staff and hospitality, the effort they made to speak to me in English, they even brought me breakfast out to the patio, everyone else was inside the dining hall, I wanted to enjoy the nice fall weather, by the way the breakfast was easily worth $35.00

We stayed here as a family, had a marvelous time, explored the area and had easy access to Salzburg and surroundings. This is a wonderful unit ample space and tranquility is on top of the list. Excellent service and well equiped self contained kitchen.

If you have a rental car and want to see the amazing nature...
If you have a rental car and want to see the amazing nature around the Salzburg area (Salzkammergut) then this is a great area to stay. Easy to drive to Salzburg, Hallstatt, Wolfgang and Munich as it is near the highway and far from traffic.
When you walk around or drive around you can see the most amazing nature and beautiful houses.
There are several stores, supermarkets and restaurants.
From my experience: The locals are the biggest problem. Many of them are rude and don't treat strangers or tourists well. They stare at strangers and I had a few incidents where they would shout and swear at us because something we did wasn't to their liking.
This was one of our favorite discoveries in Austria. The hostess was remarkable and very helpful for us non German speakers. She helped us navigate the area and made adjustments for us as needed. This is in a beautiful hilltop/rural location with lots of nice walking just outside the door. We did some driving trips from there also. Only 15 minutes to good Downton Salzburg parking. Directions provided by our hostess. Some of the best food of our trip. Wonderful breakfast and very fun restaurant with lots of delicious meal options.
It's located very close to Salzburg but still far enough to give it a relaxed feel. There are free Ebikes available for a day, which we really liked. The Sauna zone is also very clean and well maintained, we enjoyed the experience. There is also a gym and a reading room and we were really happy with all the facilities. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet had a good variety on offer. All in all, a really good place to spend a relaxing time.
We spent 2 nights here as base for Salzburg visit - to not have a headache of parking that we expected to have with Salzburg hotels. The hotel is located in a small quiet suburb - complete silence at nights.. Everyting was excellent! Very friendly hosts, that talk English well. Great breakfast!

The exterior is beautiful with flowers and green grass. It looks well-kept as does the inside of the hotel. Our room was clean and in excellent condition. The shower was easy to operate and the front desk personnel were friendly.

Old fashioned, well maintained hotel with charm. Good location, pleasant environment, located near the Salzburgring racing circuit. Very friendly and accommodating hosts, very understanding towards cyclists.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our kids and we parents loved and enjoyed the quiet garden and terrasse at the back of the hotel. The breakfast was also amazing with very well chosen products.
