Everthing was clean and new.

The room was very comfortable and the amenities we great! We were on the first floor facing the main street and kept our window open as the air conditioning wasn't coming on yet. The street was loud but that is to be expected and we weren't really bothered by it.
I wish I could recall the young lady's name that checked us in and helped us throughout our stay. She was exceptional and answered all of our questions and gave us great information and advice. We also loved the bar at the adjoining hotel. We had a young man that had just started working there and he was exceptional as well. Very helpful and friendly and took care of us very well.
The staff-especially Johnny-were professional, hospitable, and truly went out of their way to help us out and make us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there again during my next visit to Vienna!
The rooms were comfy and really clean. The size of the bed and the room are excellent. I needed a room the same day and the reservation process was simple, they even allowed a latenight chek in. I can only recommend the hotel.
