The location was excellent, with tourist attractions, restaurants and shops in the vicinity of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and had coffee/tea available. The front desk staff were excellent, friendly and attentive to my needs as a guest (e.g. providing ironing board and iron, etc.).

The bathrooms were new with a good shower. The rooms were a good size and the price for Vienna was good value. The breakfast was good but it would have been good to know 1. How much it cost (13.90€ when I was there) and 2. That you could only pay by cash. Public transport was close and there is a supermarket next door. The staff were nice.
It is the ideal location when traveling by car, as the hotel is located near the highway. I can say that the access to the centre of Vienna is relatively easy, the hotel being located 25 minutes' walk from a tram station (SCS Shopping Center - Badner Bahn), which takes you directly to the city centre.
The breakfast was varied and the staff is friendly and cheerful. All our requests have been met.
The food served at the hotel restaurant was delicious.
We will definitely come back.
The service was top. We were very well attended when we arrived and also during the stay. Johnny was very nice to us, helped with everything we needed.
The hotel is clean and quiet and we could arrive fast in the city. We would choose it again anytime. :)
