Cleanliness, tidiness, kindness off the staff who really did the best to make sure everything was fine. I had a really unpleasant situation with a local bus driver (who wouldn’t accept my Guest card) and the receptionist made a complaint to let me have a refund. We arrived too late for the normal check-in. I contacted the hotel via Booking the moment I saw we were running late, they answered quickly and arranged everything for us. It was just a short stopover for us. We left immediately after breakfast, which was a nice buffet and extra options to order from the kitchen.

What a beautiful town. Golf, hiking, great views. Hotel was great (Hotel Sonne), everything was within walking distance to the hotel. Brand is an absolute gem and if you don't grab a couple days here when going through Austria, you'll miss out considerably. I rate this as my favourite place to stay during our 16 day holiday in Austria.

Brand is a charming little village in Voralberg.
Brand is a charming little village in Voralberg. It is easily accessible by car and has a bus service to the nearby city of Bludenz.
Hiking in the nearby mountains is a definite must when in Brand. There are very nice restaurents near the ski lifts.

The views all around were fabulous.
The views all around were fabulous. On our previous visit Brand was covered in snow, so it was fantastic to see how green and wooded it was in September. Everyone we met was extremely friendly. We liked the rustic buildings nestled in with more modern.
It was a pity the cable car to the lake was out of action.
Great location, very clean, nicely designed room with everything you need,
tasty breakfast, kind stuff.
It feels that people, who work there love their job!
it is also a kinder friendly hotel! We traveled with our 2.5 years
so he was crazy happy about the playing room, toys box in then
breakfast area and a little playground on the backyard.
Definitely Cablebahn card was a great addition and
very useful in this area!
