We arrived too late for the normal check-in. I contacted the hotel via Booking the moment I saw we were running late, they answered quickly and arranged everything for us. It was just a short stopover for us. We left immediately after breakfast, which was a nice buffet and extra options to order from the kitchen.

What a beautiful town. Golf, hiking, great views. Hotel was great (Hotel Sonne), everything was within walking distance to the hotel. Brand is an absolute gem and if you don't grab a couple days here when going through Austria, you'll miss out considerably. I rate this as my favourite place to stay during our 16 day holiday in Austria.

Brand is a charming little village in Voralberg. It is easily accessible by car and has a bus service to the nearby city of Bludenz.
Hiking in the nearby mountains is a definite must when in Brand. There are very nice restaurents near the ski lifts.

The views all around were fabulous.
The views all around were fabulous. On our previous visit Brand was covered in snow, so it was fantastic to see how green and wooded it was in September. Everyone we met was extremely friendly. We liked the rustic buildings nestled in with more modern.
It was a pity the cable car to the lake was out of action.

Brand itself is a nice town with lots of amenities for both local townspeople as well as tourists. The jewel in the crown is lunersee. Although it is manmade, it does not take away the beauty of a stunning lake surrounded by mountains. For me it was my favourite spot in the whole of our holiday through Germany and Austria. The colour of the water, the reflections of the snowy peaks in the water and the environment in which it sat was stunning.

it is also a kinder friendly hotel! We traveled with our 2.5 years
so he was crazy happy about the playing room, toys box in then
breakfast area and a little playground on the backyard.

What a great place to stay! Such friendly and helpful staff! The room was lovely and spacious. They had a nice patio to sit out on at night, all amenities close to the hotel including the gondola, dining and golf. The staff was truly the highlight of the stay, just excellent all the way around. Would stay again in a heartbeat, one of, and if not the best stay we had in Austria during our 16 days there!
It was a very nice stay. We felt like at home. The hosts were very nice, helpful and available at any time to make our stay a lovely one ! We recommend it.
The location in Brand is perfect, there are a lot of hikes that start in the area. The appartment was very spacious, quite, comfortable and clean with all appliance needed (dish washer, coffee machine, micro wave, oven,…).
A very very friendly dog hotel where you can even bring your dog with you to the dining area! For us it was extremely helpful, since our dog doesn't like to stay alone in the room while we are having breakfast/dinner.
They put in our room a refrigerator and a freezer (on our request) which was extremely convenient for us.
All the staff was really nice and friendly!
The property is very cozy and well located in Brand next to everything you need on your stay! The staff are also exceptionally kind and pay attention to small details and do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend !
Being an experienced traveller I was very favorably surprised by the customer orientation of all staff members at the hotel and very specifically the reception team. They did an outstanding job in handling some of my, difficult, requests. great job!
The vibe of the hotel was awesome! Clean comfortable and very welcoming! The spa in the basement was very unexpected and delightful! I wished we had linger to stay and use the facilities.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean, in good condition and there was also large storage space for bikes. Brand new bike wash is just next to apartment.
Nice style of hotel - comfortabel bar area with games for kids. Relaxed, young atmosphere. The restaurant and food was very high quality. Friendly young staff.
