The manager and taff were so friendly and helpful. We were even picked up from the train station because we had lots of bags and it was a bit far to walk with them! Breakfast was typical Austrian and I love that. The staff was very attentive. They put together a meal for me after the restaurant had closed for the evening. The feather beds were wonderful. They had a centrally located drink refrigerator on the honor system.
