We stayed with family for two nights. The location is perfect! The Ski bus stop is close to the hotel, and the parking area is around 200 meters away, but it's okay. The room is quiet and comfortable, and the mattresses are excellent! The view is fantastic! The restaurant is delicious, the staff is amiable, and there is nothing to complain about.

I've been visiting Bad Hofgastein for 12 years in the summer holiday, and with every visit it gets a bigger space in my heart. Plenty of memories, plenty of relaxation, plenty of beautiful and peaceful sceneries, and every year people are being nicer and sweeter. The town keeps developing and renovating that can be noticed in every visit.

We visited the thermal pool, the minimum stay is 4 hours, which is probably little bit too long, but the water was nice and warm, outdoor pool with a mountain view.

Very friendly and helpul people (a special thanks to a lady at a petrol station who helped us to find a car mechanic on saturday afternoon to fix our car to be able to drive back home)

It’s nice little town.
It’s nice little town. If you like skiing and bathing in one of spa areas, then you will enjoy. Not lot of restaurants and good ones are always reserved so you need to prebook if you want to have lunch or dinner. Not a lot to do with children, specially young ones that are not skiing yet.

The thermal baths are fantastic. Extremely beneficial and beautiful for your body, along with dry sauna and steam room. The view from the pool was breathtaking. Very good amenities.

It wasn't good · I was looking for dog-friendly accommodation, I wanted to relax, spend 2 quiet nights, but there weren't too many appreciable positives, it probably nuances things a bit, that's what happened. My dog is 9 months old, going to school, this has never happened before at home and in other environments, but when I left the room he chewed on the leg of the chair. The photos I attached show how much. It was probably a new place for him and that’s why it happened. I also immediately received the email that damage had occurred, the invoice was sent. I also attached the invoice to the photos. They sent me an invoice for € 162.80 and asked if they could deduct it from my credit card. I wrote to agree on an amount, I’m very happy to pay, but that’s maybe a little much. Then the next day I noticed that the amount had been deducted from my bank account without my permission. Anyone who wants to go with a dog, I don’t think so, because it can happen at any time. But I don't recommend the hotel even without a dog. Disgusting attitude!
Spacious apartment, lots of storage spaces, kitchen has everything needed if you want to cook yourself. The bathroom is wonderful and has a heated floor.

The private parking space was very much appreciated. The guest house has special storage for skiing equipment. The location is perfect: walking distance from the city centre with cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, sport stores , and 10 min drive to Skizentrum Angertal.
Provided access to Alpentherme is a great bonus for the stay.
The apartments offer everything you need for a winter holiday, including a ski storage room and heated boot racks. There is also a room with a football and pool table. There is parking next to the apartments, so your car is not far away. The nearest cable car can be reached on foot, as well as the bakery, supermarket and Bad Hofgasteiner spa.
If snow conditions are good, it is possible to ski to door. We were staying just before Easter, so the lower part of the slopes were already covered with grass.
Newly refurbished hotel with attention to detail. Lovely location close to the main ski lift - a few minutes on the local bus..perfect private facilities - sauna in the room or communal sauna and a lovely cold pond outside…we loved it, can recommended to everyone who is looking for quality accommodation in the area! And the host - Birgit, alway very helpful and accommodating! ❤️
The apartment was clean and spacious enough for a family of 4 with 2 small kids.
The location of this place is great. Bad Gastein valley is very beautiful and you have everything quite close. There is a small Hofer shop nearby. We also found a nice playground for kids about 10 minutes away by foot.

the hotel had a wonderful modern feel to walk around, mostly the restaurant, bar and the reading room.
the spa and rooftop garden where fabulous and the ability to book a yoga course included within the stay was really enjoyable.
Perfect location just in the city center. Next to bus stop, shops and restaurants. Spa complex is 3 min walking and also you can use underground corridors of hotel Norica which is just next door.
The kitchen had everything you need incl salt, pepper, soap and cleaning materials.

The view from my balcony was spectacular, but I was charged $15 extra above the rate I had already paid for in the booking.

The whole experience at the hotel was phenomenal, from the classy check in till the day I checked out . Not mentioning the spa experience surrounding with stunning view of the Alps . Need to experience in person !!!
