Staff was always great and helpful. We asked for an upgrade as our room had carpet and staff was really understanding and found a solution.

Bonus for us: the host speaks Romanian :) The building is situated in a quiet area with parking lots in front of the building, but quite away from the city center (you have to use your car or a cab).
