A very conveniently placed hotel for the main station. Clean and with great reception staff. Tea, coffee, fridge and a nice hot bath. Sadly, we didn’t have time to experience their breakfast, which sounded very good.

It's not in salzburg, it's in Anthering which is 30 mins from salzburg. 1 km walk to the train station which takes 15 mins and train ride for 15 mins. But the walk is very relaxing with a horse stable and a cow shed to keep you occupied. Location is peaceful. No elevator. So second floor climb for us with our luggage was a task. But the land lady is a gem, very helpful and if I where to go to salzburg would definitely stay here again.
