My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious holiday apartment for two days, and our experience was nothing short of excellent.
The apartment itself was stunning. Spacious and elegantly decorated, it comfortably accommodated our group of four adults and two toddlers. The living area was perfect for family gatherings, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The bedrooms were luxurious, with comfortable beds and ample storage space. The cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the apartment were impeccable.
One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view from the apartment's balcony. Whether it was morning coffee or evening relaxation, the scenic vistas added a special touch to our holiday.
It's perfect for families with toddlers, who enjoyed their separate beds and had a blast in the swimming pool and whirlpool.

We stayed in the top-floor apartment. It's a lovely apartment not far away from Salzburg. The apartment is reasonably big and clean. You can reach many restaurants and attractions easily by car. The apartment has an amazing jacuzzi bathroom. In summer you can use the pool.

location was perfect for Salzburg (direct bus up to laye at night) as well as day trips to the east lake area and south to Hallein area. room wad gorgeous and super comfortable. no 24 hour reception, so arrival afyer 19:00 needs to be prearranged by phone.
The location was perfect for an overnight stay if you are going further down south to Italy or Croatia. the view of the mountains is lovely and has the sun set between them. Furthermore, there was a kids walhalla next to the hotel. For tennis lovers, there were gravel courts outside and hardcourt inside. The restaurant next to the hotel (Anissa) has a limited menu, but what they serve, they serve quite well. It’s tasty and the portions are big.
The room was quite large, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big! It was very easy to reach Anif from Salzburg city centre and the views on surrounding mountains were spectacular. The host couldn't be more helpful. They let us to have our take away meals in the breakfast room downstairs and even let us to use the fridge to store some products we bought on the local market. I would stay there again.
"Location is everything", and this Hotel is a 10, just a fine minute drive to Salzburg and a little over 10 to nearby Germany. Gas station and restaurants all within walking distance.
Plentiful buffet full of fresh goodies and very gracious staff welcome you to breakfast.

The staff informed everyone before they started to put away the breakfast. This is a really good customer service I have only seen very rarely in hotels.
It happened already a few times to me in hotels that when i wanted to get my final coffee or bread that that was already put away.

The room was big and comfortable, a lot of sunlight. It is located in a beautiful calm area. Some snacks, coffee and tea were always available. The staff was very welcoming. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel, it takes you straight to the city in a short time.

Very spacious, quiet loft with balcony. Good rural location, yet only 18 mins from Salzburg city center, close to supermarket. Host was very friendly and accommodating. We had a great time here!
We loved the generous bio breakfast, the quality of the food was top. We have also appreciated the location of the hotel, 3 minutes away walking distance from the river and its « swim » spots.
Well situated if you want to travel in Salzburgland, decent room size, good breakfast each morning, enough parking spots. Hope they will change the mattresses till my next stay there.
