One of the best family run restaurants around and the attention to detail in and around the hotel was very nice. A lot of trouble has been taken by the family to make one feel at home in every way possible. There is ample parking, rooms are nice and comfortable as well. We even extended our stay by a day given the location, the comfort and the quality of the hotel.
It's the family that owns it, runs it and even works there at times .... is the difference.

We stayed in the top-floor apartment. It's a lovely apartment not far away from Salzburg. The apartment is reasonably big and clean. You can reach many restaurants and attractions easily by car. The apartment has an amazing jacuzzi bathroom. In summer you can use the pool.

location was perfect for Salzburg (direct bus up to laye at night) as well as day trips to the east lake area and south to Hallein area. room wad gorgeous and super comfortable. no 24 hour reception, so arrival afyer 19:00 needs to be prearranged by phone.
The room was quite large, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big! It was very easy to reach Anif from Salzburg city centre and the views on surrounding mountains were spectacular. The host couldn't be more helpful. They let us to have our take away meals in the breakfast room downstairs and even let us to use the fridge to store some products we bought on the local market. I would stay there again.
The hotel is really wonderful! All of us liked it very much, the beds were comfy, the rooms were clean and the location was nice. The view from the terrace was stunning. One of the most delicious breakfast we have ever had! My kids are really picky, but they liked the hotel very much! I recommend it for families!
This is a great place to stay. Very pretty, great staff, nice room. Was available to answer questions and offered a Sunday breakfast when the bakery was closed. 20-25 minutes from Salzburg. The bus ride was very pleasant. View of the Alps from the balcony. :)

Staff is quite friendly. They gave me better room with no extra charge. I appreciate this generosity. Breakfast was rich. I had a room with balcony, which is very lovely. Bus no 25, comes from & goes to Ferdinand Hanusch Platz in every 15 minutes. Even bus ride to this hotel is very lovely.
Very comfortable space. Plenty of room for a short trip away. Excellent communication with the host. All facilities available. Very comfortable beds, lovely jacuzzi bath in the bathroom.

The hotel is located in a beautiful valley, little away from the hustle and bustle of the city still well connected. We travelled to Salzburg citi, St. Gilgen, Hallstatt, Berchtesgaden by public transport. Breakfast was excellent and the stuffs were very friendly and helpful.

Self check in process was very easy. Room was clean. Bed was so comfortable. Also the staffs prepared some snacks, tea, juice and coffee for us. Everything in the hotel room was really qualified.
In our zest to stay in Salzburg main town, we missed looking at other options. Landed on this one when our stay got extended by a day... Wish we had been more open in our search early on...
Great location, just a 10-min drive from the center of Salzburg. We wanted to avoid city hotels and this venue felt just right - quiet like in a village but close to the center if needed.
Well situated if you want to travel in Salzburgland, decent room size, good breakfast each morning, enough parking spots. Hope they will change the mattresses till my next stay there.
