We had a fantastic stay in Martuni! The accommodations were modern, clean, comfortable and very cozy. The back garden of the property was huge and the rooftop deck on the garage was a nice spot to hang out with a drink enjoy the village and Lake Sevan views! The house comes with a great bbq area and our host connected us with locals who helped us make some of the best Armenian bbq we have ever had. The cool weather was also a nice relief from the heat in Yerevan. Overall we enjoyed our time in the Martuni villa and hope to stay again the next time we visit Armenia.

I should say it is a nice Hotel but there is no personnel when you are in need of something to help you, moreover they can't speak English which a little bite hard to explain or ask something. but totally it,s a clean Hotel.

Everything was amazing. My phone stopped working so the host helpped me to buy a new one even it was a late evening. Everything was very clean and in the morning i had a very good breakfast. There was a wifi, coffe, tea, warm water and a beautiful garden.
