This place had an excellent courtyard and restaurant, the room was a good size, it had great outdoor seating and a fantastic view. I would stay at this place for a week if I could.

Great staff support in anything we have asked for our unplanned one-night stay. The manager was very helpful and arranged heating to be the highest priority in the snowy night. The manager offered us tea and some medical stuff. Next morning, due to high level of snow, we weren't able to pull the car to the highway, so he quickly arrived and helped in this situation. Very galant and modest, highly recommend his services!

A very beautiful place to visit if you're already in Armenia, but I wouldn't recommend making a trip solely for this destination. Keep in mind that selecting your lodging, hotel, or entertainment options carefully is important, as your choices can greatly influence whether you have an excellent or disappointing experience during your stay. Have Cash with you, Credit Cards won't come handy there and there aren't many ATMs around

Very interesting place.
Very interesting place. The views of Sevan lake are stunning and the personnel is nice and accommodating. However you must be prepared for the neglected state of the property, it looks it was not renovated since it was build in 1963. I have a sort of nostalgie for Soviet life style. If you have it as well or want to have first hand experience, this is the best place for that.

We did not visit Sevan (city), but some spots around Sevan lake. Armenia offers a number of places that are really majestic: the view on the lake, with the snowy mountains in the background, and the Sevanavank monastery, all within strong winds... The monasteries closed to Dilijan are also very beautiful, in the woods, surrounded by mountains... We visited also the monastery of Hayravank, and the (huge) cementery of Noradouz - all places I recommend to stop by. We did this trip in an afternoon, with a driver recommended by the Hotel Lavash.
It was definitely too cold to swim in the cold (we even had a small snow storm that covered the beach in a few minutes... :) ), so i cant say much about this!

The village is 5km from the shore, you have to get a cab to get to the peninsula.
When at the shore, everything is overpriced with very few options to eat. Do not expect to get breakfast before 10am and spend from 5€ to 10€ per person for some cheese, bread, eggs ans coffee.
The lake is gorgeous but you'd rather skip a stayover.

The lake Sevan is one of my favorite places to stay in Armenia. Although the weather here may be challenging, but this is what I like the most :) You can get burned under the sun, while get cold in the shadow. This is what you should expect form a lake situated at an altitude of 1900m above he sea level.
The Lake Sevan is one of the top tourist attractions you may not want to miss during your trip in Armenia. The Sevan waters have all the palette of blue and green colors, depending on the season and time of the day, from crystal clear azure to mystic dark blue.

Lake Sevan is breath-taking in itself and driving around it...
Lake Sevan is breath-taking in itself and driving around it was the best thing we did in our week in Armenia. There are lots of areas around the lake with beautiful trees. They just started to show autumn colours and with the sun shining on them, it was a scenic drive we will remember for a long time. There also a few 13th century monasteries and old cemeteries that are interesting to visit.
The view was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special. Waking up to the sound of the waves crashing and being able to watch the sun rise and set over the lake was truly a magical experience.
The room was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcomed and valued as a guest.
Very romantic, amazing views, if you're looking for a place to make some awesome, beautiful pool pictures with your partner - this is the best place in Sevan. Clean, spacious room with an amazing view (all the rooms have a view of the lake), clean and very nice bathroom. Breakfast was very filling, with enough variation. Very, very comfortable beds. Slept like a baby.
- Beds
- Cleanness of the rooms and especially of the shower
- Room equipment is nearly perfect
The only difference from 5-star hotel I can find is a lack of an AC unit and coffee machine, and the room would be a bit more spacious. But otherwise, everything is great.
Such a pleasant surprise. Located in the peaceful countryside near Sevan, it’s brand new, simply decorated but with charm. Includes a great homemade breakfast with local products. Gor will do its best to understand and be understood despite he doesn’t speak English
Nice place for staying in Sevan for a relaxed vacation. Huge family rooms with all the kitchen equipment you need. Beautifully decorated clean territory with a pool. Wonderful restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
The views of the lake are the best from here.
The bartender was very courteous. The rooms are nicely furnished and equipped. The yard is cozy and pleasant for secluded relaxation. They had solar panels installed on the roofs. The location is very close to the gorgeous Sevanavank, the Sevan monastery.
The owner of this place is very friendly. The room is big and have comfortable beds. There's a simple kitchen with everything you may need to cook. The hostel is located not so far from the Lake Sevan, so you can easily get there and enjoy the swimming.
It is very nice and authentic hotel. It feels like a family hotel. Rooms are spacious coming with a seating area where you can relax and drink tea. Rooms were clean. The hotel has a restaurant with a nice traditional breakfast.
The location near the road and also close to the Sevan lake. Large territory, individual parking near the room entrance. The breakfast was good (some local cheese/ham, omelette with tomatoes, bread/butter/jam, tea).
A beautiful oasis of comfort and warmth in the Sevan Lake. Comfortable spacious rooms, accompanied by incredible food wether it’s in their breakfast or evening dinner options. Trying their homemade wine is a must.
Good owner but he needs a time to be very good and prepare everything to the tourist. The owner give me the best new room in the hotel I am very grateful to him and I hope I will visit this hotel in future
New and very clean small hotel in the center of Sevan. Located above medical center with super friendly stuff. Lady helped us with number of good advices, taxi organization etc. Good value for travelers.
Orsetto is a very nice and comfortable place next to the lake. The room was actually very big, bed room, living room and bathroom. The breakfast was very good. Highly recommended this place.
We love the hotel, the room is very clean and cmfortable.
The staff makes you feel very comfortable and takes very weel care of everything.
The breakfast is completely worth it.
Good and spacious place with open view to the lake. Everything is fine then. Host didt speak English so we communicate via app and G translate, but she was very hospitable 😅
A good place for seeing Sevan, enjoying the water (a bit hard to enter with rocks). The food (buffet) is very tasty. Okay facilities but they’re not included so be mindful
Good hotel in one of the main roads in Sevan, not far from lake. Very helpfull owner. Because there is also a brewery you can taste and buy their homemade beer.
