Old Town Hotel is an absolute gem in the mountains of Dhermi. Upon entry there is a lot of parking around the property and we were greeted by Miti who was very friendly and gave us an exceptional tour of old town Dhermi later in the night. The outside of the property is very well done with a TV, chairs and some drinks if you’d like one, the hallway is clean and bright with some amazing pieces of artwork! Our room was very big (triple room in the pictures) with gorgeous window shutters and a TV, chair, table and great storage for your suitcase/backpack etc. the AC worked very well and overall we had an amazing night in the hotel. Thank you Miti for such a lovely stay 😁
PS. We would recommend renting a car as the beach is quite a walk away. You should also have lunch at the infamous Zoe Hora- a boutique hotel only 8 min walk from the hotel. You can walk to it from old town and it’s so stunning.

The hotel is in the perfect location for Dhërmi, you are close to the main beach and strip of bars and restaurants and a few local shops nearby. If you wanted to visit other beaches they are a short drive away. The beds were comfy and the air con was really good. The showers had really powerful pressure so that was great too. A lovely family run hotel, we felt very welcomed. Parking is also easy around the back. We were on holiday during the Kala Festival but it was never too loud or rowdy which was great. Good value for money.

The views are beautiful and the family who run the hotel are so welcoming and friendly- They go out of their way to help you - We really loved our time here and would recommend :) It’s a little up the hill, so walkable down to town/the beach but we took taxis up. Very easy parking.

Beautiful old seaside village on the Albanian Riviera, with buildings built into the mountainside, stunning beaches (best in the country) and hiking trails, a superb bakery (Nico's) and grill (Genti) up the hill, incredible natural wonders like hundreds of nesting swallows, wild olive groves, herbs and hibiscus vines, great beachfront bars and restaurants, and a precious mix of old Greek-speakers and young Albanians. The perfect Mediterranean paraside to escape to.

Dhermi is a place to disconnect! Beach is amazing, the restaurants around the area are great, one of the best places in Albania for the beach.
I totally recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore the best of Albania.

The sea in Drymades Dhermi is magical.
The sea in Drymades Dhermi is magical. It is a beautiful colour and crystal clear.
There are still some nice spots at the end of the beach in the smaller coves.
The main strip is one large hotel complex after the next and the street dirty and full of rubbish.
There aren´t many shops or cafes.
The beach bars are noisy and charge for sunbeds.
There is alot of development under way.
Definately not my favourite spot in south Albania

Dhermi beach is physically lovely, the sea was gorgeous. It was not too overcrowded. One issue and theme on the beach is bars blasting music all day long... not the chill vibe you want for daytime; however, you can chose quieter bars easily enough. Great buzz at night time, especially at the beach bars. You really need a car for Dhermi, getting buses to and from was tricky enough

Dhermi is just a village, mostly now hotels and restaurants and a few small shops. The road down from Tirana and south towards Greece is long, narrow, steep and twisty but take your time and enjoy the great views of the mountains and coast.
You should definitely visit this hotel.
They have a beautiful pool with a stunning view and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The buggy cars are an excellent option for an amazing ride down the beach
Their restaurant serves up some of the best food on Dhermi.
I recommend this hotel for a beautiful experience 😊

It was very clean and spacious and I really enjoyed the stay. The mattress was clean and very comfortable making the sleeping experience great. The room's furniture are new and very nice. Staff was also very helpful and sociable. overall, a 100% recommendation if you would like to experience a great stay and relax at Dhermi.
The hotel looks like a new built which is good. Our room was big but although we paid for a sea view room the owner tricked us in a room with no view at all.
When asked, he said you can see the sea when you open the front door LOL.
The photos attached show best the "sea view" and "balcony".
It was very clean and very nice. I’m sure we will return here if we come to Dhermi again. The owner was very kind and helpful, he offered to pick us up at the beach and take us back to the hotel several times. He even took us to the bus station. The kitchen is very well equipped.
A stunning property which exceeded our expectations - perfectly located on Dhermi beachfront, but with enough distance from the front to not be too loud at night. Sea views, delicious breakfast and lovely staff - couldn't really fault it.

The room was clean and spacious with a great sea view. There is a road next to the hotel, but it was not disturbing. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Albania, everything freshly made.
