Breakfast buffet was superb.

Cleanness of the room and bathroom was excellent, and bed was comfortable.

Room was excellent. Facilities are good and everyone is friendly and helpful.

We did not do breakfast.

"I've been a loyal customer of this hotel for years, and it never fails to impress. The location is ideal, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, laundries, and groceries. Plus, it's close to several malls, including Delma, Mazyad, Safeer, and Capital. The hotel itself has a great restaurant and SPA. The rooms are consistently clean, tidy, quiet, and well-equipped. But what really sets this hotel apart is its exceptional management team, led by Mr. Michel. The front desk team is talented, helpful, and courteous, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I'm grateful for the excellent service and support I've received over the years. The staff's friendly demeanor and hospitality have made me feel at home. Spacious room and excellent service

Rooms nice, breakfast too crowded. I booked the Marriott Al Forsan after two days after making the payment. I received an email the same day informing that the children's play area had been closed. This was the day before I checked into my hotel. I contacted and asked why they did not notify me sooner; otherwise, I would have chosen another hotel because I planned to spend most of my time at the pool with my little children, who are under the age of three. If they had informed booking.com or at least issued the email earlier, I would have cancelled and booked another hotel. Their reaction was terrible, and they advised me to cancel my booking and receive a refund, or to find another hotel and pay the difference. I couldn't cancel because the payment was already made, and choosing another hotel a day before my check-in meant that all costs are now higher. I decided to come, and when I arrived at the hotel, I waited 15 minutes in a line to get to the counter, which was fine because they were extremely busy. My check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, but I arrived at 4pm, so I expected my room to be ready, but to my surprise, it was not, so I had to wait until 5pm to check in because the room was not ready. When I walked to the room, the baby stroller was not there. After 15 minutes, a maintenance man arrived to fix something, and the best part was that they forgot about my luggage, so I had to phone reception, and it was brought up shortly after, around 6 p.m. I must say that I did not expect all of this from Marriott, a reputable company, and I guarantee you that it was the last time I booked with them. I expected the manager or someone to apologize, but no one even bothered. I will be waiting to give them my glowing review.
