The staff assistant is surely better than in any other hotel, we didn’t near “no” for any of our requests from housekeeping, reception, room service, spa.. everyone was extremely helpful and we got a cake for celebration, room decoration, late check out, and everything we could need! I stayed at the hotel whilst stopping over a late flight into Abu Dhabi. It’s not too far from the airport, and all also easily accessible to get to the City as well.
