We upgraded to a room with a view/balcony and really enjoyed it. We had two double beds and they were super comfortable. Room and bathroom were spacious and bright. Room was quiet. Front staff (Lucy and Davante) was friendly and helpful. We left our bags with the front desk bc we were too early to check in. When we returned later that day, the bags were already in the room. Hotel has a great location with good restaurants nearby in a nice neighborhood.

Situated less than 5 km away from Georgetown and Capitol Hill, Hyatt Place Washington DC/White House features a rooftop bar with views of the city and a 24-hour fitness centre. Free WiFi access is available. It was walking distance to metro, busses, all the museums. And restaurants. Breakfast was included and little different every day. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed really confortable, the convention center was really close. Very clean and really nice people at the reception.
