The location, design, staff. The lounge is beautiful. The Windows inside the rooms are wide and makes you feel like you are floating. Loved it. I liked the price for the stay. It was affordable compared to nearby hotels. Thats why I choose it.
The location was perfect as it was opposite of the mall but if you don't have your own car you will find a bit difficult to find a taxi. The room was good its interior design was modern and colorful.
The best asset of the property is the personal. Always smiling and very kind. Trying to help in any case. Even the bells boys were very helpful. Personal in front desk were so kind and polite. I have an upgrade to a better room in the Club Floor which was an excellent start for my vacation. Inner design was very good and the bathroom design was stunning. I really like it. Asking for a early check in and late check out works perfectly. Excellent hotel Highly recommended.
