The property is around 8 km from McLean Park, 6 km from Bluff Hill Lookout and 7 km from Pania of the Reef Statue. Both free WiFi and private parking are accessible at the bed and breakfast. First off, Brin and Biddy were outstanding hosts. And the place was spacious and clean. The ocean front location made for a great view while relaxing in their spa. They loaned me a bike for a pleasant bike ride into Napier. Brin made reservations for us at a winery restaurant that was within easy walking distance. The food and wine were excellent. Definitely this stay was a highlight of our New Zealand trip.

Exactly like the photographs! A charming apartment with a funky design and all the facilities one could ask for. Gordon was very attentive and gave some great restaurant recommendations.
Lovely setting, well designed layout with super high stud that gives this modern cottage an airy spacious feel. For a longer stay, it was very helpful to have a washing machine. Cooking was easy with two hobs in the kitchen and the bbq for grilling. The bbq was immaculately clean. Immaculate.

The annex is a beautiful little apartment attached to the main homestead. Great location in the centre of Havelock North and fantastic interior design. It was so wonderful that I didn't want to leave.

great design, convenient location
This is an old house on the seafront which has been turned into a boutique B&B with a lot of character. Our room was tastefully if somewhat eccentrically decorated with many attractive and stylish details. There is a breakfast room with a splendid seaview. The hotel advertises affordable luxury and that is a good description.
