Fantastic location, with security, 2 min to shops and 5 min to the beach. Also close to the Ado tourist bus station. Don't look any further, as you will be delighted here. Miguel was a perfect host we could imagine, he upgraded our room to Master, which was the best place we stayed in our 16 days trip in Mexico. Clean, spacious bathroom, massive comfortable bed, night lamps lights, A/C great location- not in your face. As we had to wait for our late flight, we were offered to use common areas like living room, kitchen and bathroom, shower. I can't express how much we loved our stay. Miguel's suggestions for food were spot on, especially the Argentinian steak place. Thank you Miguel!

The hotel is gorgeous and a peaceful gem amongst the really busy Tulum. Great rooms with sea view and nice beach access incl lounge chairs and sun beds. We had a very relaxing and recharging week here. The staff is exceptionally friendly, personable and accommodating. They were incredible with recommendations for excursions and provided lots of help to prepare my proposal to my now fiancée. An unforgettable week at Sueños.

Each stylish Villa Caracol suite features elegant contemporary décor, cable TV and a private bathroom. Excellent hotel. We stayed for 5 days for our honeymoon and were properly pampered. Amazing freshly cooked breakfasts on a balcony overlooking the beach, cocktails in the swim up bar (all made with fresh fruit and homemade syrups), and incredibly comfortable beds - the pillows are better than ours at home! The beach is far cleaner than some of the other hotels on the ideal, with very little seaweed. It's also in a great location, halfway between the town and the walk to Punta Mosquito, so it's really quiet. All the staff are fantastic, so kind and friendly and all speak wonderful English. The walk to town is about 15 minutes down the beach, or a taxi is about 5 minutes (150 pesos). We had a really excellent time.

Madjid is a great host, the room is spacious and exceeded our expectations. The view of the enclosed garden was stunning and it was quiet and peaceful. We worked from the terrace for a few days- Wifi is very strong. The café has super tasty food and great service. Absolutely loved my stay.

Contemporary rooms at Hotel Secreto are spacious. All include a sofa, iPod dock and a plasma TV. Ocean view rooms feature a balcony with either a queen or king size day bed. Wish we could have stayed longer. Check out process was really slow that day but otherwise fantastic.

The villas at Viceroy Riviera Maya are furnished with a private kidney-shaped pool and flat-screen TVs with DVD players. Free Wi-Fi is provided and room service is available. All amenities were top quality,the food was fantastic and the service world class. We stayed in one of the two ocean front villas,which i recommend highly. Will definitely be returning very soon.
