Hotel Leo exhibits more than 220 art pieces throughout its gallery-style property. The hotel offers an on-site buffet restaurant and a bar below its 95 classic rooms. Property-wide WiFi and private on-site parking are available, both free of charge. The hotel is in a vibrant though not touristy part of town. I chose the location as it was easy access to the airport. At first I wished I could have stayed closer to the beach front. However, the assistant manager, Ms. Cho, was so helpful in making me feel comfortable, that I enjoyed the location. She understood my wish to see a beach, and suggested that I may like Hamdeok Beach. She gave me perfect directions, as well as eatery recommendations. The beach-side Cafe Delmoondo was wonderful with delicious pastries! She also recommended other non-touristy eateries to try local specialties, such as gogi-guksu (noodle soup in delicious broth with generous pork); mackeral stew; bakeries. She gave me precise directions on how to find a destination. She was my go-to tour guide. She really made the stay extra special. While Hotel Leo is not on the beach it is an hour's bus ride to several beaches. Also the Yeha tour buses drop off at the hotel or nearby. The room itself was very spacious and elegant. The rooftop lounge was chic and served spirits as well as food. Overall a wonderful introduction to Jeju Island! :)

This elegant property is located within a short 15-minute drive to Jeju Sculpture Park and the popular Sex Museum. The vibrant Jeju Soingook Theme Park is a 20-minute drive away while Jeju International Airport is a 40-minute drive away. House keeping was great and the location was also perfect. It was quiet and the roof top was just breathtaking, though we did not get to use it as often as we imagined. I really enjoyed the calmness that the place offered. It was really great spot to be.
