I would like to thank Mr. Frank, his Family and Staff for a wonderful way. From the first moment Mr. Frank has been a wonderful host, flexible, helping us with everything. The location is conveniently located halfway between Angkor Wat and the downtown area. The tuk-tuk driver who was taking us around was fantastic, very kind and fun to be around. While there are many good price-to-value ratio stays (including big hotel chains) in Siem Reap, I am happy I could support a local, family run business.
The place is ideal for a family, we were visiting with our 21 month old infant and she was treated also very kindly and enjoyed everything.

Rooms are stylish and fully air-conditioned. Amenities include a dining area, a home-theatre system, tea/coffee making facilities and a comfortable seating area. Bathroom facilities are en suite and equipped with a hairdryer and plush bathrobes. Hotel staffs treated us very warmly and kindly. Especially we would like to give special thanks to Ms. Joey! Our main purpose was to visit Angkor Wat and we asked the hotel to arrange the half-day tour. The guide, Mr. Sinet and driver, Mr. Matel were really professional and if we have another opportunity to be in Siem Reap, we are 100% sure to ask these gentlemen to guide us again. Before the visit, I had small concerns that the weather in Siem Reap would be too tough to my kid, however, it was needless fear because Mr. Sinet always paid attention to the kid and Mr. Matel was very punctual and waited us with cold water all the time. Our another purpose is to enjoy the pool. Though we didn't expect the pool was located on the ground floor, it was very clean and we, including my kid had very good time.
Wat Bo Area, Siem Reap
Rooms feature classic Cambodian-style furnishings. Amenities include a flat-screen cable TV, an electric kettle, comfortable seating area and air conditioning. Stylish en suite bathrooms come with a hairdryer, toothbrushes and free toiletries. Slippers are available for your convenience. Fantastic boutique hotel with 5-star service. Loved the entire chill-out environment - with the tropical garden surrounding the pool, the semi-opened lobby areas, the rooftop bar, the private garden of the room. Check-in: very efficient and fast while refreshing with lime cocktail. Lunch at the Palate restaurant: super tasty food served with style. Room with private garden: huge with very comfortable beds and pillows, again with great simplistic design. It looks better than the pictures. Afternoon cocktail and coffee at the pool: very relaxing, with quite good cocktails at very decent prices - 5 USD for a good mojito. Location: at the center of Siem Reap, just 10 minutes walk to the market and pub street. All of us (6 persons) felt in love with this hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel. Modern design. Nice artwork! Great little pool for a swim after the temples. Lots of plants and greenery. Real oasis. Friendly and helpful staff. Organised Tuk Tuks for us, made great food recommendations, responded quickly to our WhatsApp questions and requests. Highly recommend.
Friendly staff, excellent menu, good breakfast. Very reasonably priced food and accommodation. Visually pleasing architecture and poolside design. Comfortable beds, good sized room with a balcony and a quiet air conditioner. Lovely big window towards the pool, nice interior design.
Possibly one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Not 5 star luxury, but small, friendly, boutique (I hate that word but it fits in this case). We had a family room, a few steps from one of the swimming pools. It was large, spacious and very comfortable. The three small pools were beautiful - it was an absolute oasis to return to after mornings exploring the area. Breakfasts were fabulous - and lovely to have great Italian coffee!
It’s a beautiful calm super exclusive boutique hotel. The interior is great designed with local flowers, furnitures and sculptures. The restaurant and the selection of food for dinner and breakfast was incredible. The staff in the restaurant, in spa and all over the hotel was extremely friendly , helpful and speaking great English ! Mr.Seat was super helpful as our personal assistant.
Stunning grounds, convenient location and very friendly staff! Everyone is always kind and helpful, and asking how our day was. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with lots of nice details and finishing. Everything is spotless, very clean and tidy. Great lighting (both natural and interior) and lovely gardens to look out at. The pool is incredibly tranquil too! It was our second time staying at Lynnaya and we will continue to return!
This was such a gorgeous and beautiful boutique hotel… it was perfect and flawless in every way. The restaurant, gardens, pool and room was far better than any of the big 5 star hotels I have been to. The people working there were so amazing and helpful, they made our trip to Cambodia unforgettable. ❤️Cambodia ❤️
lovely boutique hotel. Nice rooms with lovely decor. Great facilities and gorgeous food. Really helpful staff. Nice swimming pool. A bit out of the centre but there is always a tuk tuk outside and it’s only a short ride. Everything can be arranged through the hotel, there advice on visiting Angkor Wat is invaluable. Everything is lovely !
This hotel and their service were our most magnificent place in Cambodia. The hotel are is stunning, quite but for Siem Reap just perfect. The rooms are clean, comfortable and with great equipment. The pool and breakfast speak for themselves and the warm greetings and overall caretakers experience made our stay a 12/10. We want to recommend this place to anyone, who is looking for a small luxury hotel with affordable prices. Well done, Sakmut Team, we will be back!
Staff were lovely and friendly. Evening events ran by Jack were a big hit and a great introduction to new people from different countries! My room was gorgeous and spacious as was my bathroom- exceeded my expectations for size and design for a hostel
Really, really lovely hotel. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff who made very good recommendations for extra activities like cooking classes. Great breakfast, nice swimming pool, spacious room, our spa treatments were brilliant. Nice part of town with lots of restaurants an easy walk away. We loved the vintage cars and the stylish design.
