High ceilings, beutiful design and quality bedding etc. Makes the place look fantastic. Whoever was the interior designer did a great job. Spa is lovely, slightly annoying that as a guest with spa access you have to book a 90 min slot but as its not that big i get it. Breakfast was great and good quality as well.

The property is in an excellent location in Florence, surrounded by many designer boutiques and restaurants. The apartment itself is super clean and very comfortable. The terrace really makes the apartment, it has a lovely view and is also really comfortable to sit out on, given the nice seating area. The bed was also very comfortable and we slept great here. Effective AC and easy self check in.
A pleasant surprise to discover that the boutique hotel was designed by Roberto Cavali. The beautifully appointed lounge, with a lovely view of the river, was at once intimate and a welcoming milieu in which to chat with other guests, whether over a delicious breakfast or drinks in the evening. Staff was extremely helpful. An easy walk to the town centre but calm and quiet location.
We loved every details of this boutique resort. High-quality designer furnitures, 600 count + silky cotton bedding, stylish decors around the room. Everything was looked after with quality and style. Pictures on the Web don't do any justice to what is real. It is much much better in real. I will go back many times again. Also Osmosi restaurant is excellent, though we payed 400 euros for dinner :)
Small luxury hotel in the middle of Florence. I had a tiny room, but as I was traveling on my own it was perfect. Coffee is available throughout the day and the interior design is beautiful and fits so well with the city itself. Very classy decoration overall. The staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.

Serene and beautifully designed boutique hotel just outside the historic centre of Florence. Lovely garden and swimming pool. Bikes available to cycle into the tourist madness, and a blissful oasis to return to. Highly recommended.
