They provided great recommendations, wonderful simple food, and a warm welcome. They remained friendly and efficient even when things got busy. They are a classy pair. The accommodations were fabulous and the grounds quite lovely with a wonderful view of the lake. The surroundings were very quiet. They even had EV charging!

Staff friendly & helpful , very easy access to a lovely pool are , food and evening meal excellent , we ate there three times during our stay . Our flight was cancelled and we had to extend our stay by 2 nights the team were very good finding us another room and moving our luggage for us all very smooth , excellent service thank you so much .

New boutique apartment meets sleek, simple, streamlined, functional design. The lack of mobile internet was a little confusing when entering and exiting Lapat, but it was easily resolved with a phone call. The apartment is fully equipped with everything. I loved the view from the veranda, the proximity to the sea, and the convenience of being close to the central station.

Clean, bright and very comfortable. Bed extremely comfortable. Very close to the lake and the lovely 10 min walk into town and Leonardo. Great coffee bar right across the road. Designated parking space.

Location is perfect, clean and very nice interior design.
We absolutely loved La Cucchetta. We are a family of 4 and stayed in their one bedroom apartment. We did. It want to leave - they managed to combine rustic & luxury perfectly! The interior design in the apartment and lodge where you had breakfast was very impressive. And the grounds were amazing! They had 4 lovely dogs running around and a very cute kitten. The views above the lake were also magical at night - especially from the hot tub with a glass of vino.
After we finally arrived it was easy. The property is nice, and the view with the lake and the mountains was lovely. The kitchen is well equipped. Design is nice but overall all if of cheap quality. The advertisement is giving a feel of luxury and it is not the case.
We loved the location, property, owners and their staff. The decor and interior design were lovely and given the hosts interests in cycling, outdoor pursuits, cuisine and art meant for a lovely atmosphere. This is a great base for a cycling holiday.
The villa is absolutely beautiful, with an interior designed with a lot of attention to detail. The rooms are impeccably clean and well designed. The hotel is within walking distance of the curly center of Pallanza with a variety of shops, restaurants and sights. The best thing about the place is the staff who are all absolutely lovely and attentive. We also loved the breakfast served in the garden.
The staff were friendly and professional. The food was 5 stars, service was perfect, the beach area was absolutely perfect, the pool area was perfectly clean, modern and had a lovely atmosphere. The choice at breakfast was generous and fresh. The view from the room and outdoor restaurant was stunning. The hotel is gorgeous and kept in very good condition. The room was perfect. A very relaxing place to go to and I will definitely be going back.
